Maria and the team were great at quickly and professionally sorting any property issues and it was a very smooth renting experience with Portfolio.
Phoebe provided an excellent service throughout our move. She was friendly, professional and responsive, keeping us well informed and answering our questions promptly. Moving home can be stressful, but Phoebe’s helpful and reassuring approach made the whole process much easier. As a result, I would happily recommend Portfolio Properties to anyone looking to rent a property in Oxford.

Maria has been very helpful, professional, and efficient throughout our tenancy so far. Most recently, she coordinated an urgent shower heater repair extremely promptly and kept us informed throughout the process. We are also very grateful to the electrician, the contractor, and the wider office team for their prompt assistance and professional support. We really appreciate everyone’s clear communication and swift action in resolving the issue.

I had a really good experience with renting the apartment with portfolio properties, they were so good with their work, initially I contacted them and told them my requirements and they came back to me with the exact requirement I was looking for in a apartment, I'm so happy to rent with portfolio properties and staff was so help full and had responded to all my queries as soon as they can.
