Manuel did a great job replacing my thermostat, which was ancient. He was very helpful explaining the benefits of three different possibilities. He helped set me up for a free inspection for my heater which will probably need replacing. He made a special trip of coming back the same day when the original thermostat he had recommended would not work and needed to be replaced with another model. He was very kind and considerate and knowledgeable. Excellent work Manuel!! Thank you!

Close to the Fourth of July, my air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and united HVAC was quick to respond. Logan came by and worked tirelessly to repair it. And now it works even better than before. Logan was very helpful and explained everything step-by-step and I really appreciated the diligence he showed in getting everything working. He just came by again to do a regular maintenance check up on my system ahead of winter and it’s just a pleasure to work with him.

My bathtub drain stopper was completely stuck, and nothing I tried would budge it. Ren from United HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical had it free in no time. He didn't just fix it and leave. He showed me what was causing the problem, helped me pick the right replacement part, and explained how to install it myself, which turned out to be easy. He even cleaned the top of the drain, not a pleasant job, without being asked. Ren was polite, friendly, and respectful throughout. He mentioned whole-house water filtration as an option but wasn't pushy at all. He just gave me the information, with no pressure. It's rare to find a technician who is skilled and honest and treats you like a person rather than a sale. I'd happily call United again and ask for Ren.

I had an impossible tub spout repair. Other plumber said to break through my custom bath tile and kitchen cabinetry to replace the fitting. Ren B. from United researched the fitting and within three minutes removed it—no tile or cabinet cutting required. To top things off, Ren was so courteous and kind. I highly, highly recommend Ren and United for their honesty, fast work, and professionalism. 5+ stars!

I had a great experience with Cristopher Villa. He came out to diagnose an error code on my tankless water heater and was able to identify the issue. During his inspection, he also noticed that the unit was leaking and brought the problem to my attention. Cristopher provided me with three different options to address the issue and explained each one clearly. He also made sure the recommended setup included all the necessary add-ons and safety components to ensure the installation would be up to code. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

He also snaked the kitchen drain line to address a recurring blockage. Cristopher was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the issue was completely resolved.
