We had Zac come too look at a waste disposal unit for us and he was fantastic. He was prompt, excellent at staying in touch and communicating options and got the job done despite a few hurdles. I'd strongly recommend.
We needed to improve the drainage from the downpipe into the drains at the front of the house because water was compromising the damp course when it rained. After various attempts to find the best solution, Gent was appointed to carry out the work by Plumbers 365 and did a superb job quickly and efficiently. Not only did he carry out the task to our satisfaction, he reinstated the garden to its former condition.

We needed an emergency drainage service and found Plumbers 365 contact details in a local community magazine. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone and someone was on the job same day. AVOID!! This company have recently scammed my 80 year old nan, replaced her sink and baths taps and some silicon around her bath and think it’s acceptable to charge £500 in labour, claiming it’s over a 3 hour job and it’s acceptable to charge her in excess of £160 an hour!!!! Will be reporting them to trading standards and pursuing in small claims court.

In this case, our engineer has correctly applied those rates based on the time spent on site and the materials used to complete the work. We pride ourselves on being fully transparent with our pricing and do not apply any hidden charges.
We are an emergency call out company, we had an engineer on site with your Nan and the issues resolved all within 24 hours of being contacted.

Just recently I had a leak from the toilet in my newly purchased house. I looked for an emergency plumber and contacted Plumbers 365. A fella called James came out and temporarily rectified the leak for me. He had to order a new cistern and returned a couple of days later.
All I can say is that I'm really pleased with the job that was done. James carried out a very quick and tidy installation and the flush is way better than it was.
I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone & can't thank James enough for the A1 job he did for me.
