I just had my first booking with Platinum Plumbers today, and I am super impressed by the work, and how friendly and professional James was. He explained everything he was doing before and throughout the job. He took no shortcuts and made sure the fittings are more accessible and labelled to make things easier in the future, should there be any problems. I will definitely contact this Company in the future for any work that needs doing, as I am very pleased to hear that they can do electrical work as well as renovations. Thanks James and Odette. James was very friendly and helpful, looking at a number of small problems we’d had in our bathroom since moving into a new home as well as kindly looking at a few other bits that weren’t in the original job which we really appreciated. We had James come out for a second time, this time for a boiler service. We were so happy with the previous time there was no question we’d call back for something more routine. James took us through everything, informed us of what maintenance might be needed in future and what we should expect for the next few years in terms of part replacements and approximate size of the job. It is always wonderful having so communicative when having these types of things done. Cannot recommend James enough

He provided a full report, and then I was able to contact the building contractors to get the stack cleaned for insurance purposes I needed them to clean it and not James. I would highly recommend this company, it was so refreshing to have a professional person deal with this stressful leak so quickly and a full report and someone that knew what they were doing and accurately solved the problem of where the leak was coming from. Also my credit card was blocked (maybe because I was overseas) and my mum had to pay for the first initial visit. The lady on the phone that took the payments was friendly and patience when I had to pay the remaining balance and try a different card. This company really saved me.
