Absolutely Professional, and helped in an emergency! So refreshing service! James was so professional. I had to call up Platinum Emergency Services while being on holiday in China, so it was quite stressful, my mum and her partner were in my flat to clean it and found a serious leak in my kitchen. When I spoke to James he gave me 2 options on someone coming same day or the next day, everything was clear about the pricing if one of his team were to come the same day (Sunday which was extra pricey). I called back and then booked the same day which was more costly but it was worth it. He met my mum at the property and she said he was so friendly and professional, he checked everything in the property and found it was a communal stack issue, so not from my apartment but the building, the stacks had not been cleaned or descaled and flooded my kitchen. He provided a full report, and then I was able to contact the building contractors to get the stack cleaned for insurance purposes I needed them to clean it and not James. I would highly recommend this company, it was so refreshing to have a professional person deal with this stressful leak so quickly and a full report and someone that knew what they were doing and accurately solved the problem of where the leak was coming from. Also my credit card was blocked (maybe because I was overseas) and my mum had to pay for the first initial visit. The lady on the phone that took the payments was friendly and patience when I had to pay the remaining balance and try a different card. This company really saved me. It was not cheap but you get what you pay for and they solved everything.
