Guys did a great job of analyzing and fixing the problem. I have a Rinnia Tankless hot water heater that has been giving me trouble for a few months. I could have a hot shower or a cold shower, but not a warm shower. Keep in mind in my house was totally rebuilt after hurricane Helene with all new plumbing new electrical and new bathroom almost the whole house is rebuilt from scratch .
After advice from different people, I made sure gallons per minute of water was OK. I was told to buy a de-scale kit and de-scale the unit, although it was less than a year old. And I was told my gas pressure was not correct propane. I had all this done but nothing helped. But then, less than 30 minutes these guys diagnosed the problem of being a bad mixing valve in the shower that affected all three of my outlets. Kudos to them that had the delta mixing valve in their truck. 🛻 And in less than an hour, they were own away and now I can take a warm shower 🚿 The guys were very friendly very knowledgeable. I recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys🙏🏻 And they were reasonable$

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Pipedex answered my call on the first ring and their team was at my house within the hour. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, timely and appropriately priced! I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs, large or small!
