I hired PIPEDEX to install a new water heater in my condo on 8 September. My technician was Luke Noonan. My appointment was from 12-2PM, and I was thrilled that he called twenty minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Luke was very professional and knowledgeable; I could tell that he was experienced by the way he explained what he was going to do. He was very neat, cleaning up as he went along, and making sure the entire area was just as he found it. I would also like to complement Sergey Girich who came to provide a quote for the installation. He made sure to keep in touch in case I had any questions. There are many plumbers in the area, and it is nice to know that a company like PIPEDEX can provide exceptional service in a courteous and friendly manner.

We have used Pipedex for two plumbing repairs in the past month and have been blown away by their timeliness, professionalism and pricing. Our home flooded and their team went above and beyond to install a sump pump, cap a defective storm drain and take care of some faulty shut off bales unrelated to the flood. Not even a month later one of our aged pipes sprung a leak and PipeDex was on the repair not even an hour later! We will be using you guys for all plumbing needs in the future, keep up the great work!

Guys did a great job of analyzing and fixing the problem. I have a Rinnia Tankless hot water heater that has been giving me trouble for a few months. I could have a hot shower or a cold shower, but not a warm shower. Keep in mind in my house was totally rebuilt after hurricane Helene with all new plumbing new electrical and new bathroom almost the whole house is rebuilt from scratch . After advice from different people, I made sure gallons per minute of water was OK. I was told to buy a de-scale kit and de-scale the unit, although it was less than a year old. And I was told my gas pressure was not correct propane. I had all this done but nothing helped. But then, less than 30 minutes these guys diagnosed the problem of being a bad mixing valve in the shower that affected all three of my outlets. Kudos to them that had the delta mixing valve in their truck. 🛻 And in less than an hour, they were own away and now I can take a warm shower 🚿 The guys were very friendly very knowledgeable. I recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys🙏🏻 And they were reasonable$

We’re glad our team was able to find the real problem so quickly and replace the bad shower mixing valve that same visit. Having the right Delta part on the truck helped us get everything working without delay.
