Oleg came by today and evaluated our leaking toilet. It was intermittently leaking at the bottom where it attaches to the floor. The seal was not sealing properly. Oleg took the toilet up and put a new seal and bolts on it. It was a job well done. He gave us an estimate and then completed the job. We were very satisfied .
