Michael Slade was the first person I spoke to, and he set the tone for the entire experience. He was honest about the process, didn't oversell anything, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect at each step. There were a few minor bumps along the way, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. The book came out looking really clean, and I've already gotten a ton of compliments on the cover. Overall, I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

The overall experience was good and the final book came out really well. The only thing that bugged me a little was the book formatting took longer than expected and I had to send a couple of follow up emails to get an update. Once it was done it looked fine but I wish the comunication on that part had been a little more proactive. Still a good publisher and I would use them again.
