Wonderful spa, great staff and amazing treatments. This spa is fantastic and so worth it. Despite being a little further away from the main town area, they provide a pick up to take you to your appointment. I booked the 3 hour Luxe Indulgence package - massage, foot reflexology, organic facial and hair wash and dry and it was amazing. I think my therapists name was Thu and she was a lovely lady who took care in her work. My skin was bright and glowing after the facial and she gave the best head massage during the facial that I drifted off during it! The massage was tailored to my needs and she checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. It is relaxing and quiet inside and afterwards a drink and snack were provided. The staff who work in the reception are wonderful and spoke english very well. I came solo on a rainy day and it was a great way to spend an afternoon.

Best bikini wax of my life! The attention to detail was amazing. She was extremely gentle too and they use british hit wax. They do full bikini wax for very reasonable price as well as leg waxing, arm waxing and all the other classics. The spa is super clean and peaceful. 100% recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this spa!! I got a pedicure and massage and they were both fantastic! The woman who did my pedicure was so meticulous and did the best round shaping on my nails I’ve ever gotten and was so sweet about helping me pick my color and making sure I was comfortable. Thu, my masseuse, did one of the best massages I’ve ever had!! I had a lot of tension and knots in my upper back and she worked them out so thoroughly and with so much care. She was also so friendly and kept making sure I was okay with the pressure. The owner is also incredibly nice and speaks great English, we had a lovely long chat while I was getting my pedicure. Honestly, 100/10 experience and if you’re looking for a great spa in Hoi An, this is the place to go!!! If ever come back to Hoi An this will be my first stop. They are seriously the best!🙏🩷

Dear Holly,

Thank you so much for such a heartfelt, 100/10 review! I'm absolutely delighted your pedicure and massage were both such a hit — Thu will be thrilled to hear how much care you felt in every stroke while she worked through that tension in your back. It was such a pleasure chatting with you too during your pedicure; those little moments of connection with guests are honestly one of my favourite parts of running Phuoc Natural Spa since I opened it in 2010. I can't wait to welcome you back as your very first stop next time you're in Hoi An!

Both receptionists at Santorin HoiAn Villa recommended Phuoc Natural Spa and I am glad they did. The spa itself is beautiful and welcoming, even in the HoiAn heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, asking my opinion and ensuring my comfort. I had three services done: - French manicure - Deluxe Pedicure with Shellac These two services were great and even now, a week later, my nails and feet still look amazing. - Facial Treatment This facial was more than I expected as it basically turned into a body massage. I was so relaxed, that I had a power nap. 2 weeks before attending Phuoc, I had an ear infection and even though it had cleared up, the doctor recommended no water in the ear canal. Phuoc Spa went out of their way to accommodate me throughout the facial. I highly recommend visiting Phuoc Spa!

Dear Laila, thank you so much for coming back to update your review, and for giving us the chance to make things right. We're truly sorry again for how the lash lift and tinting went, but so glad Su's massage made such a difference for you and your sister. "World class" means the world to us! Thank you for your understanding and for trusting us again. Kind regards, Mrs Hà & The Phuoc Natural Spa Family!
