Tom was exceptionally kind and helpful over the phone. I described our ant issue to him and explained what I had done so far to address the issue. Tom is honest and demonstrated integrity that is very rare in today's world. I am looking to hire this company's services in the Spring for a preventative plan in 2027.

RIP OFF. They couldn’t id insect performed standard treatment..The tech promised they would return for free if the problem continues. Today I called and according to the contract, they refused to fix the problem. So they will snare you in contract hell and you will have wasted your $200.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Our technician, William provided excellent customer service, clearly communicated everything since we were home when he arrived, and was extremely thorough when it came to the safety of our pets. He let us know when he arrived and when he finished, and made sure we knew we could reach out anytime if we ever had an issue—they stand behind their services and will come back out as needed. They are truly fantastic, and it’s clear they have some of the best employees! Highly recommend!

Efficient, always responsive to my call. Very knowledgeable and does the job well. Very kind to my little dog, too! Pay for the year for ant & spider extermination. They come out twice a year and will come for any other pest at no extra charge. I also have the mosquito treatment monthly and it is great! That is an extra charge. Love them!

We have used this company several times for isolated issues. My recent call was answered by Tom. When I explained why I was calling he took the time to explain how I could very easily deal with the issue on my own with readily available supplies. His advice left him without the paid service call. This company has always been quick, reliable and wonderful for customer support and this is a great example of their honesty. Amazing.
