I can’t say enough good things about pelican diagnostics. I had a reccuring fault with my car. I was pulling my hair out trying to sort it. I found these guys and sent my module to them with fingers crossed. I also asked if they would be able to contact me , to explain what the fault was and maybe share any ideas on what could be causing it. I wasn’t expecting them to get back in touch if I am honest. The best I was hoping for was the module to be repaired yet again 😐 Well….they did get in touch. They explained what the fault was, what caused it and then explained how I could fix it so it never happens again 🙂 If it was possible I would give them 100/10 for customer support and satisfaction 😄 My pride and joy is now back up and running for the foreseeable future thanks to pelican diagnostics 🙂 I have included a photo of my car, because who really wants to see a photo of a repaired plastic box with electronics inside 🤪

BCM Removed and took to Steve at pelican diagnostics, on Tuesday Steve supplied and cloned info onto a new BCM and I had it back the next day. Can not thank Steve at pelican diagnostics enough. Absolutely fantastic company and a top notch bloke. I’d been having issues with my car for months that proved impossible to pin point and subsequently spent thousands trying to fix. He ended up cloning an ecu for me as I believed it to be cause unfortunately it wasn’t but a few days later I was back at pelican and after applying a remap to the car it’s finally running as it should. My issues was a poor remap that had been put on the car prior to my ownership and that I was never informed about. Pelican has absolutely saved this car from impeding doom and save my wallet as well. Anything todo with diagnosing, remapping, cloning etc I would not hesitate to return to pelican in the future Steve truly has been a saint. Fully recommend and extremely satisfied with every he’s done for me including keeping in contact after the work to ensure the issues are resolved. 10/10

After paying £750 for a module repair i now have a module with 32 permanent faults and the wrong vin number. I messaged them and they won’t reply. You haven’t replied to my last message, what’s app 19th July! check your facts before any denial!!! I’ve been waiting for you as you said in our first conversation to try and get someone to code the module remotely? So this is not a false accusation. Also you never ever answer the phone???? And why would I make a false review? There’s nothing in it for me!

Absolutely false review.
It's normal to have a different vin in the BECM when programmed as it has to be done on the bench with a test setup and that's the vin in our test vehicle. We have repaired over 30 of these modules and programming hasn't been a problem for most. If you can't program the module, you either don't know how or there are other faults in the vehicle preventing you from programming. All messages you sent to us were replied to. So it's absolutely false to say no one has responded and besides this was done a while ago and you've not contacted us recently about this.

Pelican fixed my airbag module which had ‘no communication to airbag module’ errors. Super quick turn around, it was sent and returned fixed within 4 days. Diagnostic report was included with the returned module. Very happy with this service, would 100% recommend them!
