Payless recently removed bathtub/shower and installed walk-in shower in my house and also my daughter's condo. The installer, Jarvi, did an amazing job. He is very attentive to detail to ensure that it looks great. Took two days to complete the entire removal and installation at my house and two days at my daughter's condo.
The sales person, Jeanette was also excellent. Took her time to explain the process and made good suggestions regarding colors, materials, hardware, etc.
My daughter and I have only one complaint....the frequent phone calls from the project manager were VERY annoying. When I called Jeanette about it, she said they've had too many instances of setting appointments for inspection, installation, etc and customers flaking out, not being home at the agreed upon day/time. I asked Jeanette to have all communication via text instead of a phone call and that helped lower the annoyance level.
Charles, thank you for trusting Payless Kitchen and Bath with both walk-in shower projects. We’re glad Jarvi and Jeanette delivered excellent service and helpful guidance. We also appreciate your feedback on communication and are pleased texting made the process easier.

We had our bathtub converted into a stand-up shower and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The salesman was great and never pressured us, unlike some of the other companies we got quotes from. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
The installation was completed in just one day, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled.

Could not be happier with our shower & bath remodel. We first met with Tigran who was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us decide on design and materials - he was honest and upfront about everything and did not try to upsell. The price may not be the cheapest estimate you will get, but ultimately we felt the most confident with it; that everything necessary was truly included and there wouldn't be any hidden costs later on and confidence that the quality would be excellent. Everything after that went just as smooth. The project manager Michael was helpful and communicative and made sure everything went according to plan the whole way. The main installers arrived on time each day and did an excellent but quick job. Just 2 and a half days for everything but the glass! Then the glass installers finished it off, measuring the next day to ensure perfection and completing the job in just an hour a few days later; no long wait for glass to come in. Everything turned out amazing!
Hi Eric, thank you so much for the detailed 5-star review! We are delighted that Tigran provided clear, upfront design advice and that Michael and our installation team kept your project running seamlessly. Completing your new space so quickly while maintaining top quality is always our priority. Thank you for trusting Payless with your shower & bath remodel, and please feel free to reach out anytime for future kitchen remodel or home remodeling projects!
