We have been going to Papilio in Murrumbeena since my son was 10 months old and he is about to turn 3. The educators have been lovely and the app is updated regularly to show what your child is doing throughout the day (meals, naps, nappies etc). Photos and a recap of the day is also done to give you an idea of the activities that were done that day. This year we have Sasi, Adele, Monika, Jess, Charlene, Rosary and Melissa in his room and all are very kind to the kids and parents. Thanks!

Our experience has been wonderful and my daughter absolutely loves it. Her development has been fantastic and the various programs that have been planned have overall helped her a lot. All the educators are very supportive, kind, nurturing, positive and hardworking. They also provide daily activity and routine updates which is wonderful. Highly recommended! 😊

The management is so chaos. They given us several times wrong amount invoices, and the educater did not pay enough attention to the babies, totally not recommend this as a safe or healthy environment for children to attend，

My son has been at the centre now for almost a year and a half. The latest room transition has been extremely smooth and reassuring especially for my son. It has been lovely to have consistent friendly staff as well. I withdrew my son from this childcare centre when it changed hands in June 2022.

Unfortunately the quality of this centre has taken a massive dive in recent months with changes to management. We pulled our child out ( along with a large amount of other families recently)due to ratios not being followed, our child being frequently wet and cold, left to play outdoors with inadequate attire on winter days The educators in her room were lovely. However the new management of the centre has led to a deteriorating quality of food provided to the children, a lack of communication, issues with payments and charges, and things that made it a stand out centre, such as regular updates via app Of the childrens activities, photos etc, no longer occurs. The centre management is not open or welcome to feedback nor do they communicate openly with parents or respond to communication received. The children are left to “ free play” most of their day which does not assist in their learning or development. I don’t recommend this as a safe or healthy environment for children to attend

My daughter has been attending this childcare for nearly four months and we love it! We are in the eucalyptus room and the educators are fab!!!! Really great childcare!

My child loves coming to bluebird murrumbeena every day. She loves all her educators and friends and is so happy to go back every morning. The staff are so caring and friendly

My little girl loves going to this centre each day, the outdoor areas are great and the indoor is so clean and tidy. The staff are also amazing sending me updates each day. highly recommend Bluebird Murrumbeena !

We chose this child care as recommended by friends. We had good experience in year 2020. Adel and Su were best. But later it turned out to be unhappy story about in 2021. 1. Frequented changes of carers. 2. Missing info (many times) 3. App- most of their staff them self are not aware of full function . So much like Insta no wholesome update. 4 as per management developments of kids are posted in app. But what we see is photo shoot ( as accepted by them, only best pics are posted) 5. Kid do not respond even half of what they have written in report . So no proper post in app neither other way to see developments. 6. Front desk people are taught more on billing than customer service. We ended service in few months in 2021.

We have two children that have attended Bluebird Murrumbeena for years across the different rooms with different educators. We could not be happier and would highly recommend the service. The educators love our children, and our children love them - what more could you ask for?

Bluebird Murrumbeena is a fantastic childcare facility. My son absolutely loves his days there and the educators are so attentive and lovely. It's also got great outdoor space and plenty of pets for the children to enjoy and look after.

Our daughter has been going to Bluebird Murrumbeena for the last 13 months, since she was a baby to now a toddler. Friendly staff, clean space with a lot of equipment and play areas indoors and outdoors for the kids. Everyone knows the kids' names. Our daughter has developed great relationship with her educators and friends - with a lot of consistency throughout her time there. She enjoys going to care everyday and has learnt so much. We're grateful that she is at a good centre with good people taking care of her. Thanks, guys! :)

Fantastic childcare centre. Our child has been attending for over a year and loves it. He's learnt a lot and his development has improved so much at Bluebird. All the educators he's had are dedicated, caring and friendly. Would definitely recommend Bluebird Murrumbeena.

Great work pplz

Our child really enjoys his time at Bluebird Murrumbeena. There are always fun and interactive activities for him to engage in and learn new things. The staff are always friendly and they really care for the children. The space at the centre is well thought out and there really is a focus on outdoors and nature which is great. The daily stories and photos which the staff publish on the app are very informative and we love being kept up to date with what our child does and seeing how he continues to grow at Bluebird. Thank you so much to all the Bluebird Murrumbeena staff!
