Absolutely stunning Venetian blinds from Pandora Blinds, they’ve completely transformed my house. George was amazing, he recommended gorgeous roller blinds for my kitchen and bathroom, quality is spot on. Also a big thank you to Tom for fitting them, such a professional job. What a difference new blinds make. Highly recommend!

Extremely unorganised company with horrendous customer service skills and no accountability. Blinds fitted incorrectly in mid december 2025 causing windows not to open and broken mechanisms. Reasons given were that the fitter had been overpiled with work and was rushing. This was understandably frustrating but sometimes errors happen so we remained calm. However, what happened next: - not being able to open windows because of the error for a month - having to make 10+ phone calls to try and get somebody to come and fix - sending photo/video evidence to two managers (Grace&George) - complaint requests being ignored twice - multiple promised callbacks from managers and fitters not followed through - fitters not showing up when promised because they forgot - fitters showing up without parts - a myriad of excuses as to why nobody called back or turned up (sickness, no petrol, wasnt told, forgot) All above leading to a total 3 month fight to finally get the windows and incorrectly fitted blinds fixed in March 2026. And for the cherry on top of an already bad experience to be left with the comment from the final fitter that 'we cant please everyone'. To say I would not recommend this company is an understatement! They may have a good quality product but better believe that if something goes wrong you will have a fight on your hands! Steer clear!

Was recommended by a friend who had her blinds fitted by Pandora. We rang last minute on the Friday to book our free quote asking for as soon as possible as we were moving into our new house. We had our measuring done on the following Monday and the blinds were fitted Friday the same week. We got 6 Venetian Blinds on our windows and Perfect Fit Venetian Blinds on our patio doors (which were fitted just under two weeks later as they take a little longer to make) we absolutely love them all and couldn’t be happier. Everyone we have dealt with Paul, Gerry and Darren all very friendly and helpful. We will 100% recommend to everyone. Thank you again!

I placed an order for blinds but found a better quotation elsewhere, so I asked to delay the fitting by one day while I made my decision. However, the staff (Barrie)spoke to me very rudely which is completely unacceptable. First of all, no one should speak to a lady in such a manner, and secondly, every customer has the right to choose based on their preference and budget. I liked your blinds, but there should be zero tolerance for rude or aggressive behaviour.

I couldn’t be happier with my new blinds! From start to finish, the service from Barry and Ste was amazing, super friendly, professional, and efficient. Barry came out promptly and measured and provided a free quote for blinds and helped me choose the perfect style and colour to match my home, and the quality is outstanding. Ste came to complete the installation a few days later and was friendly and polite. The installation was quick and tidy, and they rang ahead of arrival. It’s made such a difference to the look and feel of the rooms. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful, well-made blinds and great customer service! I will be returning to them in the future when we are ready for blinds in our other rooms.

I’m afraid it’s curtains for this company, very disappointed over 8 weeks waiting for them to finish the blinds, don’t answer when I try to phone them nothing, don’t go here for blinds they are having trouble with manufacture
