Very good company, ace customer service, we ordered thermal blinds to stop the heat on our living room window that was turning our living into a greenhouse, the blinds were fitted by Steve, a week later we noticed the blinds or some of them were looking mishaped, i got in touch with Pandora and they quickly ordered a full set of the blinds and arrived within a week to replace them, it could have been a fault in the first set of blinds that caused the damage , you can not ask for a better service than that, we highly reccomend.
