Avoid ⭐ Very poor workmanship and terrible customer service Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this paint shop. The paintwork on my car was poorly done, with runs in the paint, haze marks and a finish that was clearly not up to standard. The work was so bad that it needed to be redone. When I contacted him about the issues, rather than dealing with the situation professionally, he tried to arrange for the work to be done at a time that suited him, without taking my circumstances into consideration. What should have been a straightforward conversation about putting his work right quickly turned into a hostile interaction, with him shouting rather than listening to my concerns. The quality of the work was rushed and disappointing, and the customer service was just as bad. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles complaints says a lot about its professionalism. I expected a decent standard of workmanship and to be treated with basic respect, neither of which I feel I received. I would not recommend this paint shop based on my experience. If you're paying for your car to be painted, you should be able to expect a proper finish, professional service and respect when things go wrong. Sadly, that wasn't my experience at all.

Unresponsive and disappointing service Despite good reviews, poor communication Initially sent an email stating what i wanted done and sent some pics 4days later no response so i called and he asked me to send more pics which i did, that was two days ago and still no response, seems evident he didnt want to take the job on but rather than just leave a customer hanging i would of appreciated some response and not completely blanked: seriously with good reviews like he has is that anyway to run a business? thats a quick way to tarnish your reputation: what does it say on your website leave contact number and we will promptly get back to you lol: Seriously m8 if you dont want to do the work pls let customers know.

Flawless repair and installation I had a few dents and several paint chips repaired on my BMW, along with a new body kit installation. The paintwork is flawless, with every panel looking perfect—as if it just came off the production line. The body kit was fitted to an incredibly high standard, appearing like a factory installation. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for anything from minor scratches to major repairs!

Cannot fault the work done here. I was put in touch with Jay @ Paintworx when my car was damaged in an accident. I chose to go through him rather than the insurance approved garage due to worry about time scales and wanting to have the car worked on by someone I could trust. He was incredibly honest, communicative and helpful throughout. He gave me advice on how to process the request to change garage through my insurance, and even out of "office hours" did work to submit his end to make sure the damage was assessed as quickly as possible. He kept me informed on costs, expected work costs and the car valuation. He ordered the parts in record time, and had the work done in less than 48 hours. I was honestly blown away by the standards of workmanship but also the absolutely phenomenal customer service. I cannot hesitate to recommend Paintworx for any bodywork/crash damage.

I went to Paintworx with collision damage to my rear passenger door and also the wheel trim and also rear left panel. Jay was super-professional from the first meeting and explained what they would need to do. Jay handled the claim with my insurer and gave me an estimated date for the repairs. Paintworx gave me a courtesy car for the week when my car went in for repair. Jay’s brother Ant sorted the repair which included a replacement door and new paint on the front door and rear panel, to match the new door. The job is perfect. I highly recommend Jay and Ant at Paintworx, they are totally professional and their work is of the highest standard.
