Paid for express. They said they emailed me. Never got it, no spam, nice to have the machine fixed. But that call to say its all done would of fixed that issue easy then the owners is on the customer. Its the small things.

AVOID! Terrible from the outset. Charged €169 upfront to fix a milk sensor on my coffee machine. First, my machine does not get collected on the scheduled day with no reason given. When the machine is eventually returned, it doesn't work at all. I attempted to contact the company but was met with faceless AI that was unhelpful, repetitive & confusing. Will need to self diagnose the new issues, it seems. A waste of time.

Our team has already been in touch with you via WhatsApp to review the situation in detail and it was confirmed by you that a dry filter was installed once you received the machine and for this reason there was no water flowing at first. In addition, you will receive filter replacements reminders every 90 days from repair to help you keeping your machine in shape so new real problems don't prevent the machine from working.
To clarify our process — we receive a large number of repair requests daily for various appliances that we don't actually repair (TVs, radios, hair straighteners, etc.), which is why we use automated tools to filter and route messages before an agent assists directly. Once your message and video were received at 3:28 pm, our agent began reviewing your repair history and test reports around 4:00 pm.
After checking the repair log, quality-control videos, and delivery details, we identified that the issue was likely related to the installation of a new or dry water filter, which is a common user-side issue. As advised, the filter needs to be soaked in water for at least five minutes before installation and the machine should be purged (approx. 250 ml of water) to remove air from the system. This is a standard step outlined in the manufacturer’s manual and not a fault with the repair itself.
Your machine was received on 14/10/2025, repaired, tested, and dispatched back to you on 16/10/2025 — all within our normal turnaround time. Our records show that every step of the process, including testing and communication, was handled professionally and according to procedure.
We truly understand how frustrating it can be when a machine doesn’t work as expected upon arrival, and we appreciate your patience while our team reviewed everything promptly.
