I went with a Kohler shower project through Costco which used Renuity as the installer. It took two days total and I'm very happy with the process. I was assigned a project manager and was in constant contact with her the whole time, and my phone calls were answered right away. Even when I needed to call to have one door adjusted it was a really painless experience. I chose this method of shower installation because it's impossible to know who to trust anymore. This method had a warranty and no subcontractors. You are going to pay more for the project, but you get what you pay for! It was totally worth it.

Outstanding product that is overpriced with poor support after the installation. I knew I wanted a brand name, seamless, grout less shower solution. We got exactly what I wanted, and people have commented about how nice and high quality the shower is. Like a lot of people, I cannot say that the sales process is enjoyable. While our sales rep had good product knowledge, it quickly appeared to me that their first offer was going to be way over a reasonable price. And it was - $25,000. I said no way. I felt strongly that I wanted the overall shower only cost to be $15,000. I gave in at $20,000 after the sales rep did the "let me call my manager on a Friday night" thing. What really irritates me is the after sale support. Our Customer Service rep left the company, so her number did not work. I had to do some digging to get ahold of someone, who promised that someone would follow up with me for 10 simple minutes of follow-up work. I don't think RENUITY really appreciates how lucky they are to have really good products and name like KOHLER to market and install. I would bet the management ranks are filled with people counting their profit bonuses with zero regard for the customer. Really too bad, as the install crew who probably is not given their own monthly or quarterly bonuses were top notch.

Recently had my bath tub and shower systems remodeling in my home and wow the job was professionally done with modern materials. The only problem now is that I don't feel like coming off the shower because these spaces feels so comfortably fresh and relaxing.

Renuity staff are very knowledgeable, respectful, and considerate. The installers took everything down to the studs filling the tub with the debris. We had an arch that I was grateful that it had to be removed. They had to cut the tub out making sure when they were removing it, it did not hit walls or furniture. By the next day our shower was in and beautiful. The installers always entered our home with a smile and determination to complete the job on time. I would most definitely use Renuity again for another project.

Introduction was very thorough and all questions were answered. A tech came and checked the existing tub surround for potential asbestos, which was impressive. Installation took less time than I thought and the installers did a great job cleaning up.

Contacted Kohler by Renuity for a quote on a WALK IN SHOWER. I was very clear about what I wanted and where my house was. They contacted me to clarify the information I provided. They then made an appointment, then the day of the appointment they called last minute to cancel and requested to reschedule, which I agreed to. I just received a call from Edward at Kohler by Renuity, stating that due to where my house is located and where their walk in shower and walk in tub materials are warehoused, they could only install a walk in BATHTUB, not a walk in shower and proceeded to try to sell me. I asked Edward why this issue never came up before, no acceptable response. My take is that they make more money on walk in tubs, so it would make it worth their time to install a tub, rather than a shower at my location. Too bad Google doesn't allow lower than 1 star ratings.

We do travel farther distances for walk-in bath projects simply due to the dire need that customers have for a safe bathing solution.
