It was a great experience with the family photo shoot we had with Our Momento. The photographer was on time, and he was very good at making us feel at ease during the photos. We also picked a good time at 5 pm so the weather was perfect and I will go back to Our Momento for our next family photo!

Maternity photography is a once in a lifetime experience and this studio was absolutely the worst. The studio itself was not comfortable for anyone pregnant nevertheless that can be conquered and also preferences differ from person to person. However the photos were so horrendous - there were photos where we look like midgets, where our heads are missing from key focus pictures and there was no depth in the photos taken. I had to scramble last minute to redo my photoshoot with another more reputable studio which was not easy to do at week 38. Processing of photos took 2 weeks and that too took up crucial time before we discovered the lacklustre outputs. I would not recommend this studio. Jori, you ruined my maternity experience single handedly by doing such a terrible job. Maybe you had a bad day but the experience is too precious for anyone pregnant to suffer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Apologies to hear you left the session feeling this way. We never want anyone to feel disappointed or stressed by the experience.
We’d like to look into the specific images you mentioned (framing/focus and overall look). If there are photos that feel unflattering or not up to standard, we’re open to reviewing them and discussing a practical resolution (for example, replacements from the same set or targeted further edits). As for photos which look like midgets, it seems to be only 2-3 of them and it can be fixed. Heads missing is due to the focus on belly bump, accessories (watch/bangles) which you requested to photograph during the session.
Regarding turnaround time, our standard processing timeline is around two weeks (7-10 working days) and is communicated during the booking procedure, but we understand how timing can feel especially crucial late in pregnancy.
We do want to note that the studio provided is designed for maternity sessions, with a 1,200 sq ft, fully air-conditioned setup with fans, sofa, chairs, stools, private changing room, and a toilet. All of which were shared together with the studio backgrounds via walkthrough video and images during booking process. We have note that it is a simple studio backdrop and outdoors may be nicer with more depth of field.
Based on the immediate post-session WhatsApp communication (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CxoR2yqF5asc3pIJ85R8Xa4GlCYiMtyF/view?usp=sharing), we understood the session experience to be positive, however the dissatisfaction comes mainly from the images not meeting the desired editing outcome.
Some details in the review don’t align with our records, but we’d prefer to address specifics privately to protect client privacy.

A huge thank you for making our ROM shoot so special. We had a seamless experience from beginning to end. Our photographer, Jori arrived early, fully equipped, and maintained a high level of professionalism during our ROM session. He shared a wealth of creative ideas for posing, providing the clear direction we needed to feel natural in front of the camera. The final gallery was cleanly edited and delivered well ahead of schedule.
We had a wonderful experience with Our Momento for our maternity photoshoot. From the start, the team was prompt, responsive and really helpful — even sharing practical advice on what to wear for the outdoor session.
Our photographer, Tom, was patient, warm and so easy to connect with. He gave clear, professional instructions and thoughtful suggestions that helped us feel relaxed and confident throughout the shoot.
What touched us most was doing the maternity shoot at the same venue where we held our wedding. Because we couldn’t have a wedding photoshoot during Covid, this session felt like a beautiful way to make up for that regret. The photos captured both nostalgia and excitement — memories we’ll treasure. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with Our Momento from start to finish. Communication was smooth, fast and helpful — the team even guided us on outfits and planning, which made everything feel well-prepared.
During the shoot, Tom struck the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. He was patient, gave clear directions, and offered really useful tips so our poses felt natural and comfortable. We especially appreciated the easy camaraderie he created during the outdoor session.
