The restaurant is in a good location near Knight Square, down a small side street, but there’s a sign on the main road — be careful following directions, Google points to the street one block further. :) A great fusion of Tuscan and South African cuisines, with pleasant, clean flavors. Tasty, fresh food.
As for the drinks selection — it was rather limited, despite Tuscany being just around the corner; more emphasis was placed on other European countries. The wine-by-the-glass options ( as I was solo) were similarly on the cheaper side, although using Coravin would be expected in a restaurant like this. Aperitif cocktails were not availabele, and while I was waiting for a glass of my Francchiacorta the manager checked availability three times because they made the didnt really now whats in stock...
BUT none of that overshadowed my enjoyment of high-quality food in a beautiful place. I definitely recommend going to try the food. Prices are midium pluss, but def worth it. Must try!

Abbiamo preso un secondo e un contorno, squisiti. Conto un po' salato perché il contorno (7€) va aggiunto.
Purtroppo non abbiamo preso il vino ma il locale sembra ben fornito.

Vini decisamente sovrapprezzati, piatti generalmente cucinato bene, forse alcuni leggermente troppo pasticciati, degustazione tapas sicuramente la cosa migliore mangiata

Esperienza semplicemente impeccabile. Tutto ha superato le aspettative….qualità altissima, cura dei dettagli e un livello di professionalità che si vede raramente. Ogni elemento è stato pensato con attenzione, creando un risultato finale davvero memorabile. Ciò che colpisce di più è la capacità di offrire qualcosa di unico, senza compromessi. Difficile trovare difetti…anche i più piccoli dettagli sono stati gestiti alla perfezione. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca il meglio. Un ringraziamento ad Alessandra che ci ha seguito per tutta la serata, specialmente nella scelta dei vini. Senza dubbio una delle migliori esperienze in assoluto a Pisa.

Kreativ und schmackhaft Ein sehr schöner Abend mit einer nicht nur super kreativen, sondern auch sehr schmackhaften Küche. Die Kellner waren liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit und endlich mal nicht zu aufdringlich, sondern ihr Service war wohl temperiert. Wir hatten die gemischten Vorspeisen, die schon extrem gut waren. Danach folgten eine gegrillte Taube, ein Steak mit grünen Bananen und einer Barbecue Sauce mit Kakao, sowohl für unseren Sohn eine Portion Pasta mit FangSchrecken-Fleisch, Koriander und Trüffel. Am Ende hatten wir noch ein Dessert und meinen ersten Sotol, einen südamerikanischen DIF, mit einer sehr besonderen rauchigen Note. Wer es kreativ mag, wer gerne mal was neues probiert. Das ist der Platz, wo man in Pisa hingeht…

5 stelle non bastano. Cibo stupendo, piatti presentati in maniera eccezionale, personale molto gentile, luogo pulito. Prezzi tra 20-30€ a persona; Luogo molto elegante ma comunque ottimo per un pranzo tra famiglia. Cibo consegnato in pochi minuti.
