Dustin and company are the BEST! We had a shingle roof on a small commercial property where a section of the roof was exposed. We asked for an extimate and got a temporary repair the same day without asking. A few days later we had the permanent repair. All at a very reasonable price. Hope to do more business with Dustin and Orion in the future.

I received a full roof and gutters. Am very satisfied! I watched Dustin and his crew put my neighbors roof on last Fall and was amazed at the effort and cleanup the crew members did, I asked for an estimate on mine and Dustin came over walked my roof than spoke to me at length about his product and answered all my questions. I then had a second estimate and different contractor interview but after that, I knew Dustin was the man I wanted for the job. He is fair and trustworthy. The work crew came at 7:30am worked hard all day ,protected my windows with a net, finished at 5pm and had yard cleaned up of nails and debri before they left. It is a good feeling to have your neighbors and those passing by compliment the contractor and looks of roof.

My husband and I are incredibly thankful for Orion Exteriors! Just three days before welcoming our baby, we discovered a leak in our roof — unfortunately, it was directly above the nursery. We contacted Orion Exteriors, and they came out within 24 hours to provide a temporary solution until we returned home with our newborn.
They worked with our schedule and made the entire process stress-free during such an important time for our family. Once we were ready, they scheduled our roof replacement in a very reasonable timeframe, delivered the materials, and completed the entire roof in just one day.
The team was professional, efficient, and extremely considerate of our property. They even managed to keep debris out of our garden and took extra care cleaning the lawn afterward. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and they took the time to thoroughly explain every step, including the contract details.

I had been dealing with a frustrating roof leak and even had another company come out to diagnose it—they spent over an hour and still couldn’t find the issue. When Dustin from Orion Exteriors arrived, he located the problem within five minutes and had it fixed shortly after.
After past experiences with other companies in the area, I’ll admit my expectations were pretty low. However, Orion Exteriors completely exceeded them. There are still good companies out there. From their website and estimate process to their in-person service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
Their pricing was also very reasonable—especially considering the quality of the work and the level of expertise they brought to the job.
It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and their expertise really shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding, or gutter work.

My experience with Orion Roofing was so above a great experience due to Dustin Bowers. He wore many hats from the beginning of my roofing adventure. He was a part of the adjusters team that came in to determine actual damages. Then he was the project coordinator that had his team there exactly at the time he gave me the replaced the old roof along with damaged plywood in 4 hrs, they cleaned up all debris around my home as though it were their own. Dustin called to follow up and also took care of another issue the insurance company had missed ( A hole in the roof) Dustin's knowledge of roofing along with his knowledge of the Insurance side of adjuster's is unmeasurable to anyone in the business I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Would highly recommend this company with Dustin Bower's as Lead on any project very professional as well as knowledgeable. He is very honest and straight forward...💯💯💯

I've had major problems with my roof. Orion came out inspected told me the problems and within one day I had a new roof. The workers were diligent taking pictures of the problems and letting me now what the were doing. I highly recommend this company if you want quality work and good customer service.

This was a great experience. Dustin walked me through the issue with my roof ridge and shingles. He clearly articulated the options and gave me an extremely reasonable price that was well within my budget. Todd came over to do the install and within a few hours, I had a seamless result. Roof looks like the day I bought the house. Completely seamless color match despite the builder having used cheaper shingles. Dustin ensured I had a quality shingle that would match the remainder of the roof and I couldn't be happier. They even went above and beyond and got me more shingles than initially quoted, without raising the price on me. Very professional experience and they treat you with respect!
