I started seeing Dr Sontag chiropracter at Aspen several months ago. They started taking Kaiser Permenante. He listened to my complaints & adjusted me. One time my right shoulder & neck were very sore from moving & I was fortunate to find an appointment the day I called. After adjustment I was back to normal! One time I did receive a bill that was lengthy so I talked to the billing lady who explained things & even didn't charge me for 1 item which Kaiser didn't pay saying they'd take the loss. My co-pays are susually between $25-35. I heard the massage therapist there is quite good, from a friend of mind who used his services.
Pro: Friendly & professional staff, Dr. Sontage is quick & efficient, doesn't require x-rays, free parking, online appoint. Cons: none that I can think of
This is by far the absolute best place to heal your body when it’s hurting! Pay attention to yourself and don’t forget to breathe and take care of yourself if you’re not in top shape for yourself how will you be for others!!!! Good luck and smile !!!

I have a herniated disc and Dr Anderson has helped so much. Its gotten so much better just after a few visits using decompression and adjustments
I feel like i can actually do the things I love again 😌 💕

I received an text for an appt I had not scheduled. I called and the lady insisted over and over that I had made several appts with her yesterday;I did see Dr Star5 for an adjustment but made no other appts. She kept insisting it was me and finally I told her if she had video surveillance that she would see it wasn't me. She then rushed me off the phone saying "ok fine have a nice day!" Someone is going to be pretty embarrassed when the realize they had the wrong client! Its a shame I've got to find another chiropractor I liked Dr Star.

Came in not able to move my neck, my collarbone was throbbing all day long and my hips ached all night. After one visit my hips and collarbone were pain free and I was sleeping through the night. After two visits my neck was moving without pain.
I had been appreciating my fortnightly chiropractic adjustment at Aspen chiropractic for several months And left a separate ***** review for Jeremy Sontag, and also, the***** Also applies to the premises, which are very pleasant and clean with a lot of healthy looking plants despite being on a busy street there are trees and it’s very pleasant. NOW, I would like to leave my review for massage therapy. I just saw him for the third time. I am impressed by his competence and knowledge of the body. Every week the massage has been quite different. He is responsive to areas that I tell him are causing me problems. For example, I came in with a headache today and I said do you think you can get rid of it, and sure enough he did he is trained and experienced in complete full body massage every area of the body. You’re not only response to my requests, but he is intuitive and seems to know exactly what to do. He definitely earned five stars.
I am so happy with the services I.recieve. This js the first time I have received therapeutic massage and oh what a difference it has made. And its the sam with my chiropractor too.
