I recently visited Taverna Opa Orlando on International Drive for a birthday dinner with a group of approximately 12 people, and overall, we had a really enjoyable experience!
The service started off strong, although things slowed down a little toward the end. However, considering how busy the restaurant was, it was understandable. We spent approximately two to three hours there, and the food came out relatively quickly, especially considering the size of our group. The drinks were delicious, and let’s just say we definitely kept them coming!
One of the highlights of the evening was the entertainment! The napkin dancing was so much fun, and I especially enjoyed how the dancer interacted with the customers, encouraged everyone to participate, and made the birthday celebration even more memorable. It really added to the overall atmosphere and made the experience that much more entertaining.
Would I recommend it? HIGHLY! If you’ve never visited Taverna Opa, I think it’s worth experiencing at least once. While the dining experience may not necessarily be my personal go-to, I would absolutely consider returning to enjoy more of the bar scene, music, and entertainment.
Overall, it was a fun evening filled with good drinks, lively entertainment, and great birthday memories. I’m glad I had the opportunity to experience Taverna Opa!
