After spending a delightful fifteen minutes roasting under the unrelenting sun with a toddler in my arms, you can imagine my sheer, unbridled joy when the shuttle finally deigned to appear. We waited patiently for the offloading ritual to conclude, step aboard, and secure the ultimate luxury: a window seat. I settled in with our child on my lap, my spouse beside me, and for one glorious second, I thought the worst of our day was behind us.
Enter the maestro of hospitality himself.
Before we could even sink into the seats, the driver decided to treat the entire bus to a impromptu vocal warm-up. Apparently, he had broadcast some sacred, top-secret instruction about sitting in the back earlier—a message clearly intended only for those possessing telepathic abilities, as none of us mortal passengers heard it. Rather than using, say, basic human words or an average talking volume, he opted for straight-up, unprovoked screaming.
Nothing quite beats the feeling of being publicly hollered at while trying to navigate a narrow aisle with a young child. Startled and humiliated, we gathered our belongings, shuffled to the rear, and single-handedly held up the entire line of waiting passengers outside—who, I’m sure, thoroughly enjoyed the added delay in the heat.
No approach, no politeness, no basic manners—just pure, unadulterated rage served fresh on a silver platter. It’s truly inspiring to see a company hire someone so deeply passionate about hating people. Keep up the fantastic recruitment; with talent like this behind the wheel, every ride is an adventure in emotional distress.

We recognize that waiting in the heat, especially with young children, was less than ideal, and we sincerely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we worked to keep the shuttles moving.
