IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 I WOULD!!!! I moved into this place June 2015. Out of the last 9 years I barely had ANY issues at, just small stuff here and there. Well the last couple years have gone down hill fast. Well the last few months the complex I lived in got a new property manager and let me tell you what. I have never been so stressed out about a place. For starters a year ago today (July 21, 2023) I went to open my front door and the door knob broke. I called and they said the would send someone out. Alittle more that 3 hours goes by they still haven't shown up. They finally showed up right before it hit the 4 hour mark. Fast forward to April 27th of this year. I found a new place since I was fed up with this place and thinking I wouldn't have to deal with this company ever again. I handed in my month notice and stating I would turn my keys in on on June 5th. I handed the keys in and the manager asked me to text them my new address so they can send my security deposit. Well a couple weeks ago by and I texted them about the deposit and I get ignored. A couple weeks later I texted again and they said they were out for a few days for the 4th. So I texted them again on July 16th and they claimed they thought it would be in the mail and that they would have to for me later that day after I said I was going to take legal actions. As of today I still have not received my security deposit.

Biggest scam of a martial arts company I’ve ever been a part of. You have to pay more to get “perks” and to do certain competitions Contracted payment. They go through a third party that automatically renews your original contract without telling you and then requires a 30 day written notice to cancel. Absolute scam of a company to have your clients use The classes are short, the same thing over and over again. I felt like I was never learning anything new and was paying a ton of money for incredibly short classes with minimal progression. Unreachable. I have been trying to call to cancel my subscription for two weeks. It got to the point where I tried calling every 10 minutes. Never an answer. I left a message like the voicemail asked and never got a call back. This is the most “money first, students last” martial company I have ever seen. They truly only care about money and not actually teaching you martial arts. Incredibly disappointing.

On my last straw with this place. I've been living here for years now, and management has only gotten worse. We no longer have any lawn care, the hallways are constantly filthy and the lights are out frequently. Just this would have been annoying, but acceptable except for the extreme negligence of the maintenance staff and the landlord. Angie is horrible to get in contact with, and when you finally get a response, it's curt and unsatisfactory. The building I am in is dealing with ROACHES. They have been around for months, and everyone in my building who I've spoken to about it says they've had roaches in their apartments as well. This means floors one, two and three. The exterminator who came out barely sprayed in my apartment, only parts of one room, and never returned. Not to mention the fact that when I messaged Angie about this issue, she texted back (guessing sent to me instead of whoever she was trying to be sassy with) saying to be patient, and that the bugs wouldn't disappear overnight. What is the point of an exterminator if not to exterminate? On another note, when my garbage disposal got blocked up, maintenance took it away completely. There is no screen on my porch door and the lock does not work to it. There is no screen in my bedroom and the crank handle has fallen off. The A/C and heat have terrible ventilation problems, one room will be very cold and the other scorching hot. The pipes screech when taking a shower, there is water damage and mold on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. I have asked for someone to come out and fix all of these issues, only to be brushed off. There are only two things going for this place: It allows large pets, and it's relatively spacious. I have watched people move in, wreck the place, and move out. Maintenance replaces the carpet and then has a new person in within a month. The groundskeeper looks like he needs water always. All in all, change of management was horrible and I would never recommend anyone move here.

We attended the cocktail making class put on by Jesse the owner. Had a super time and learned a few tricks in the process! Jesse went to a lot of work to prepare and present this class and we all had a blast. Recommend attending The Post’s events!

I loved the Environment it was real nice. And pleasant . I love the seating comfortable chairs. It was comfortable up at the bar, It was decorated really nice with pictures from local artists. the owner. Was really Friendly and make sure we will okey at all times. It was just an enjoyable experience. WILL BE BACK.

I had a great time hanging out at The Post a couple of months ago. Drinks were great. Food truck was good. Atmosphere is like "Cheers" for you old enough to remember. Definitely going back the next time I'm in Lincoln. If I lived there it would be my after work hang out.

This place is super great and has so much potential!!! They are constantly offering really cool community events and activities. I feel they are underrated and would like to see more people attending their events so they can stay open. Hopefully the word gets out on their wonderfulnes and they will be around for a long time.

Great vibe! Perfect drinks! And an incredibly friendly staff. Lots of different spaces for conversation and relaxation in this amazing business. Our friend group has been getting together in various places for over 10 years and this has been one of our absolute favorites. We will be back. #flamingoesforever

Very clean and accommodating. Great instructors that know what they are doing. Being a student there is a educational experience and physical experience. Alot of lessons too. I would recommend the world to go there, but not enough room. You want to know some good self defense. Go to Kassembaum's Martial Arts in Bellevue.

Kassebaum's is phenomenal, I absolutely love my experience with my classes so far and am excited to attend every night. You get to try out classes for free to get a feel for each, and Mr. Kassebaum is completely transparent about the program from costs to commitment. In the signing up process he answered all questions I had, including what the total costs I'd be looking at should I decide to commit to more styles. Aside from class cost, he goes into detail the costs of materials for each practice and keeps documentation of everything that is discussed, allowing you to take photos for your own records. Instruction is clear, direct, impactful, but also fun. I have nothing negative to say, I truly feel I've not only found a great program, but a wonderful community of individuals who want to help each other grow and learn.
