very fast and honest I was ready to spend $590 because I thought I needed a new tire I was convinced I needed a new tire they came out and asked if I wanted them to fix tire I said it wasn't fixable. He said well let me try first sure enough it was more than fixable. They could've walked away with $600 in their pocket instead it cost me only 105+ I gave Johnny $100 tip. Thanks one hour tire you're the best.

My wife had a flat tire on the highway near I-15 and Saint Rose Parkway. I didn’t have the tools to change it when she got home. I called One Hour Tire, and they arrived quickly. They got right to work, and thankfully, I was able to have the tire repaired. Jimmy took care of it, and I really appreciate how hard-working Jimmy is.

They did a patch job for me, but the patch had a leak. They didn't answer when I called after noticing leak so I left a message and they didn't call me back. I didn't even get 20 miles for 100 bucks and assurance of lifetime of tire for the fix Edit: they did reach out after the review, and were short staffed when we called previously. They did offer and send a full refund.

Mari, my sincerest apologies for the dilemma and lack of communication. Personal issues with staffing and an excessive workload has kept us slammed.

We regret that we missed your call. We'll happily refund your money and we apologize for the inconvenience

They are amazing. Came to the hotel and fixed my tire when I was in valet parking. I kept having fun in vegas and they did all the work. Super friendly and prompt. Highly recommended. Also it's been a week and my tire is still in good shape so the patch worked extremely well.
