We had an unexpected leak in a bathtub upstairs. Not knowing where to start a friend have me a number for Pat Cox. Patrick was excellent to deal with from day one. Took all the stress out of dealing with the insurance company, and most importantly, was successful in negotiating a fantastic settlement. Felt very lost as to how to go about submitting my insurance claim, also if I was indeed entitled to. From the first email, OMC walked me through all the steps, guided me every way and went above and beyond with in person help/ phone and email. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the distressing situation of having to claim for damage within their home. They took away all the stress that came with this incident. Their fee was extremely reasonable for the amount of work they completed on my behalf. If I could give 10 stars I would.

OMC Claims - Loss Adjusters Ireland provide a truly exceptional service. We recently had an insurance claim and OMC represented us. From the outset the experience was second to none with the welcoming and friendly telephone conversation with Linda. Our representative Eamonn was friendly efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process so we felt safe in his hands. Eamonn went through all and he was here when the Insurance accessor came to inspect the damage, which meant we didn't need to engage with the insurers at all.
