Dimitri and his team did an excellent job. They were speedy and very respectful of our space. Would definitely work with them again. Really positive experience all around.

We had an old wooden deck with 2 levels that were replaced with Trex 4-5 years ago by Olympic Decks. They finished the job on time and I thought that they did a good job considering it was a large complex project. However, There have been issues with staircase and one side of the deck sagging and the railings becoming bent. It took a while, but eventually Dmitry did reach out and they have since fixed the issue by placing additional posts and straightening out the railings.Glad to see the follow up.
Olympic Decks was awesome to work with. While we ended up making a last minute decision to go with a stamped patio instead of a deck (the decision had nothing to do with Olympic Decks), they were the company we were going to go with had we done the deck. They gave us one of the most competitive bids for the highest quality PVC, when other companies came in more expensive for lower quality stuff. Dimitri was very responsive and patient to all of my questions, as we spent three months trying to decide on decking materials and color. We never felt pressure from them at any time. Their bid was highly detailed with costs separated out for every single line item. So while I can't comment on an actual deck build since we went patio at the last minute, I can say every moment leading up to our final decision was very good.
Great experience with Olympic Decks. Easy to work with, reliable, and the deck turned out great. Definitely recommend them.
We just had our deck replaced by Olympic Decks. They provided great service, quality work, at a very reasonable price. The crew did a great job and answered any questions we had. I would heartily recommend Olympic Decks to anyone considering a deck resurface or replacement. We got three bids from very reputable, highly rated builders and Olympic was by far the best,
We had a great experience with Olympic Decks. Their team demolished our old deck and replaced it with a beautiful new deck! We went through many design revisions in the planning process and Dimitri accommodated all of our questions. Work started and completed efficiently and the workers were very respectful of our space. The craftsmanship and quality of each piece- decking, railings, steps, siding, privacy walls - are fantastic! Dimitri and his team communicated any issues quickly and were able to come up with some creative solutions. We are going to enjoy so much more time outdoors thanks to this wonderful addition!
Dimitri and his team have been phenomenal! They gave us options with the initial bid for a motorize louvered roof and installation was clean with meticulous attention to detail. Our covered deck is one of the best investments we've made in our home. So glad we chose Olympic Decks!

Thank you George, for the amazing review and for trusting Olympic Decks with your project! It was a pleasure working with you on the motorized Louvered Roof. We're especially happy to hear that the attention to details and finished result made such a difference to your outdoor space.Enjoy it for many years to come.
Olympic decks did a great, complete, job including removal of the old deck and stairs, install the new one, pull all the city permits and a final cleanup.
They are true to their warranty: around 5-6 months after completion, one of the Trex railings started chipping/rusting and they came back and replaced it.
They also refunded me after noticing an error in one of the line items of the Bill of Materials

We are very happy with our deck! Out of countless construction projects we've had, this one was a very rare case where they started and finished on time, and produced a good quality result with attention to the details.

Working with Olympic Decks was amazing. From the planning process to the final products communication was great. We had our deck resurfaced and changed the layout a bit. They started the project ahead of schedule, and were easy to work with. R are so happy with the end result. We would recommend Olympic Decks to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and great communication.
Lack of attention to fine details in making deck transition to house and existing structure of the porch.
Structurally fine but finished product was lacking. Did not do any overhang/nosing on steps which led to tread depth being narrow. Poor transition to ground at bottom of steps.

Love the work these guys did. It was probably a harder job than they thought, and took a bit longer, but it looks great, and the workmanship is top notch. Ill def use them again for for my remaining deck
Ive had a lot of contractors at my house to get it to a liveable state, and their work is probably the one im happiest with

Olympic Decks deserves all five stars. They demolished our old deck and replaced it with a slightly larger footprint, and the results are outstanding. They worked fast, efficiently, and delivered top‑tier quality from start to finish. Eli is truly a craftsman—his attention to detail shows in every inch of the build. Olympic Decks is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Olympic Decks installed a Timbertech deck at our home and we couldn’t be happier. The demo of our old failing deck was very fast and they started building right away as agreed. The builders were very professional and worked very hard. The finished deck looks great and the craftsmanship and quality of the work is obvious. I would hire them again but this deck looks like it’s going to last a very very very long time.

Very happy with Olympic decks. We had good communication from start to finish. The work order reflected exactly what was discussed during the initial site visit. The work was done quickly and professionally. Any changes or issues were discussed with me prior to work being done. Extremely satisfied with end result. On the cedar deck, there were no visible fasteners which gave the it an elegant look.

My 25 year old cedar deck was falling apart. When Andrei from Olympic decks saw it he immediately knew what it needed. He helped me choose the best materials and suggested a few design options. The project started quickly and was completed in a very short time. The workmanship is beautiful, the staff were very respectful of my property, and left the site tidy at completion. I highly recommend Olympic Decks.

We recently had a new deck installed by Olympic Decks at our new home in Mill Creek. Olympic Decks also did a large deck project for me back in 2021 at our former Shoreline home. Both jobs turned out perfect. More than meeting my expectations. Olympic Decks is professional and very price competitive. I would use them again and have recommended to my new HOA to use them as well. One of our new HOA neighbors actually used Olympic Decks last month for a new deck installation and are 100% satisfied.

Fast, diligent and great communicators. Olympic decks were one of three companies I vetted to rebuild our rotting 2nd floor deck and I could not be happier with my choice. They came in 25% less than other companies and were both faster to source materials and faster to build the deck than other companies quoted. I never had trouble getting in touch with the manager of the project. Recommend to anyone in Seattle looking to enhance, rebuild or create a deck!
