Outstanding Foundation Repair Experience with Olshan- Spring, TX (Houston area) I recently had foundation work completed by Olshan Foundation Solutions, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The project took only two days to complete, and from start to finish, the team was professional, thorough, punctual, and exceptionally clean. A special thank you to the outstanding crew: Dennison, Martin, Martinez, Lucas, Carmelo, Santos, and Neri. They worked hard, kept me informed throughout the process, and treated my property with respect. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way. I would also like to recognize Production Manager Gilberto Gil for ensuring the project ran smoothly from beginning to end. My first contact with Olshan was Rory Collins, a highly knowledgeable Structural Technician whose expertise and professionalism gave me confidence in the process from day one. Additionally, Melissa in the office was friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful with communication and scheduling. The results surpassed my expectations. It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers on its promises and takes pride in its workmanship. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Olshan to anyone needing foundation repair services. Their quality of work, excellent customer service, and attention to detail truly set them apart.

John Collin’s inspected the slab for a potential “good joint” … Also confirmed the viability & levelness of the slab ….all good there. Suggested additional guttering, as no slab issues were determined. John was so honest, friendly & helpful with his observations….. couldn’t have been more helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10, John Collin’s is a 15!!! I can’t say enough about him, his suggested resolutions & his honesty. So nice to deal with a company whose folks are there to help - not just to make sales. Olshan did THE company!!!

Get ready for the BIG warranty surprise! Olshan Foundation Repair leveled my house’s foundation 15 years ago and I very recently called them back out to review their work, as a I noticed a couple of my interior doors swinging open beyond the extent I had opened them + a previous crack on one side of the house had reopened + a sinkhole seemed to be forming along a certain area of the foundation. I wanted Olshan Foundation Repair to review their work and make any adjustments and/or repairs, as the work they had performed came with a lifetime transferable warranty, according to my paperwork. Well, although the Olshan Foundation Repair technician they sent to evaluate the matter was friendly, he insisted on calling me by my first name—despite the fact I am clearly much his senior. And, after he completed his tasks, he explained to me that a quadrant or so of my house is now low (the same section whereat the apparent sinkhole is forming, by the way). I thought to myself great the warranty should cover the expense. WRONG! He went on to explain that the particular section of foundation was the part of the house that they didn’t level because, as he put it, the work wasn’t needed at the time. He then presented me with a cost estimate of nearly $8,000.00 to level it—which is more than I paid originally. The lifetime transferable warranty proved to be worthless! Needless to say, I will NOT be using Olshan Foundation Repair ever again.

Service team of Dennison, Lucas, Carmelo, Rafa and Tereso were great. Original scope was to install a new drainage pipe, but soon obvious that scope needed to change to merely tapping into an existing drainage pipe. Scope was reduced by 80% and price was reduced by 20%, so ended up overpriced, but good work.

Olshan quickly responded to my request for evaluation and estimate. Aaron and Gervis were polite and thorough explaining the scope of work and in answering all my questions. The job was scheduled and all went well. The outside team of Tao V, Miguel M, Gabriel V, Hector P, Jesus B, and Rodrigos F. worked tirelessly for 2 days digging holes, breaking through concrete and brick, setting pilings, and back filling. The site was left very tidy. The inside team came the 3rd day and quickly injected the polly-fill. The initial wall/ceiling crack has shrunken back into place and all doors open and close with no issue. I will definitely recommend Olshan to friends and neighbors.

From the initial consultation with John Collins working with Olshan was clearly the best decision for foundation needs. Everyone with above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns that was brought up during the process. As for the actual work. Special shout out to the exceptional crew led by supervisor Ruben Gallegos that came out to do the actual work. Everything was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up professionally. Nothing but great things to say about these hard working gentleman that consist of Uvaldo, Nery, Angel, Elben and Rodrigo. They ensured no existing sprinkler piping was damaged while excavating and kept jobsite manageable. Don't hesitate to contact Olshan if you want the best customer service and competitive prices for your foundation needs.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and attention provided by this company and its staff—including the sales agent, supervisors, and operational team. They had previously repaired one side of my house by installing 9 piers, and the work turned out very well. However, nearly a year later, the ground near the front of the house began to sink due to the rain. I called them, and a few days later, they arrived to inspect the foundation. Fortunately, everything was perfectly fine; they simply filled the depression with soil, at no extra cost. The team that came out included the supervisor, Gilberto, along with Jose and Carmelo. Definitely 5 stars!!!

This was the second time having my foundation repaired. The first company did a crap job and then went out of business leaving me with a lifetime warranty that was useless. This go round I did not mess around. I called Olshan. From the beginning the service was great. They showed up and got to work. It amazes me how quickly they got it done.
