They are a fantastic choice for moving and storage. Everyone I dealt with responded quickly and was very helpful. The movers did an excellent job wrapping and protecting my belongings. I had peace of mind during which could have been a stressful time.

We had SUCH an amazing experience with Oler Relo/ Mayflower!
Our estimator was Richard Abernathy and he was the first person we dealt with, he was fantastic and helped me feel so at ease with the whole process, the video call and house estimate was so easy and he answered all of my questions! In addition he was a wonderful person and we connected over our shared love of our cats! Our driver was Charlie. He was also insanely good! He was so knowledgeable and kind, he put our mind at ease over so many things! This was our first cross country move and they made it so easy. I felt so good about the safety and care of our stuff. The packing and moving crew took such care with our possessions. Meagan was our move coordinator, she was so great and responded quickly and had answers to all of our questions and updated us on every part of the process. Overall 100/10. Would recommend these folks to anyone relocating. They made the process so smooth and easy. Quality work and even more amazing staff. Incredibly personable, and kind!

Loved that we had our things delivered in one day. However, being a moving company, first rule of thumb, should be to have experience in stacking boxes. Deliver was easy for them. Every box was placed and stacked in one room. Unfortunately, these guys stacked lightweight boxes on bottom of heavy boxes. Took plastic bins mixed them in there. I had boxes with FRAGILE and arrows. They took those and placed them all through heavy boxes. Big boxes on top of little etc... the first evening several rows fell at the closed door. My husband who is 67, had to push as hard as he could to give me enough room to squeeze in and remove some boxes so he could get in the room. Have used United Van Lines, 3 times. Never have i seen this type of mess. Regret giving each one of these guys 50.00 tip. My husband and I now have to get in that room and stack our boxes correctly before everything breaks. If some havent already because of their lousy stacking and then boxes and bins falling at the door.

The whole team from Start to finish was the best experience ever. All of the Packers, loaders and my two drivers were the best they were fun to work with and did an awesome job. I have no hesitation in recommending Mayflower and team to help do a cross country move.

Oler did an amazing job. The packed our furnishings with care and attention to detail. Very organized, efficient and professional. They answered all my questions in a very timely manner. They provided a lot of information to help prepare for the move. The supervisor for our job was amazing. Thank you to everyone for a very positive experience.

Prompt response but refused to come out for an in person estimate for a 5 bedroom 4,900 square foot house moving 1,000 miles.
Thankfully I was able to go direct to United and they passed on to someone that will come out.
I’ve only used United for 7 moves over 40 years and had never had a refusal like this. This rating is all from dealing with one person

Had the best experience moving! Jonathan and Alejandro were amazing, super helpful, walked me the entire process, were so efficient, careful! Packed an entire apartment in about 2hrs!! Would definitely recommend it
