Philip was outstanding from carving out a whole weekend for showings to being our representative at inspection and showing up to closing to offer additional support. We were offer to close within two weeks. Would 100% recommend Philip for any home purchase or sell!

As a formal agent myself, Philip did an excellent job and kept us informed of the process and answered all questions we asked of him. I strongly recommend him to help sell your home or help you find that special home.

Philip deserves a rating higher than five stars. He navigated my family through a difficult time after the death of our mother. He was so responsive to our every request and understood just what we needed. He listed the property, brought numerous offers and took us to closing in record time. His skills, efficiency and patience are unsurpassed. Philip Stevens is a true professional.

We just closed on our new home purchased with the great help of Phil Stevens. We purchased the home virtually and only saw it on our walk through. Phil was unbelievably responsive and helpful. We had total trust in him throughout the purchase. He gave us expert advice on the Ocala area and our search. We decided to purchase in Stone Creek. Phil provided video of the home, concentrating on the concerns he knew we had. All in all, he was the absolute best Realtor we have ever encountered. We can't thank Phil enough for his expertise. I enjoyed my experience with my account managers service, This was my first time buying and investing BTC(BITCOIN), and while there were definitely some missteps on my end, your customer support was excellent and made it all fairly painless, and at the end of everything I got my complete profits. I just tried with a little amount of $500 and just within 7 working days, I got a total return of $6,500 I am really grateful sir some of your competitors could learn a thing or two from you Mr. Jackson Email or WhatsApp if you are having difficulties in investing on forex/stock trading. Working with Philip has been an amazing experience! From the first time my husband met him in January 2022, we knew working with Philip as our real estate agent was the right choice. Philip went above and beyond in helping us navigate our home search and ultimately played a major role in finding the one that was right for us.I would definitely recommend Philip to anyone looking for a home, whether it's their first home or their retirement home. We will definitely work with Philip again in the future if we are looking for a home in the Ocala area.
