I couldn't recommend NTS enough. Eleanor was really helpful and informative when securing our mortgage and the admin team have kept us updated every step of the way and chased solicitors which really has taken the stress out of the purchase process. A great team offering a brilliant service.

Could not recommend more! Easiest review I’ve ever had to write. From the beginning Lauren was so quick to sit down with us and talk us through in detail. She explained everything thoroughly and gave us options we never thought we would have. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Every silly question she answered and constantly put our minds at ease. Lauren, Lily and the team have been with us every step of the way and we could not thank them enough. Really do appreciate every thing they’ve done for us. They’ve made the impossible, possible. We could not recommend North to South more. We originally enquired towards the end of last year as first time buyers to understand our financial position. Lauren booked us in very quickly for an appointment and really helped us understand the house buying process and made us feel really comfortable. We wasn’t able to purchase at the time due to my work being contracted we was advised to wait a few months. We contacted North to South when we was ready to purchase and have had Eleanor dealing with our mortgage case. Eleanor has been amazing, getting us the best mortgage possible for our situation. She is always available to talk and explain anything to us, making us feel like no question are silly questions. Eleanor went out of her way by taking her work phone with her while she was on holiday because she cares so much! The admin team are also so helpful, always on hand to answer any questions and regularly are chasing Solicitors to try and get us moved quickly. We really appreciate everything Eleanor, Lauren and the admin team have done for us, thank you!

I'd highly recommend Zach as a financial advisor. He was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. Zach helped me create a realistic budget for my home purchase, explained everything clearly and patiently, and was always available to answer my questions. He even negotiated a great interest rate on my mortgage and connected me with a reputable realtor. Thanks to Zach's guidance, I felt confident and prepared to make informed decisions.

Communication is second to none, Lauren is contactable via so many methods and always responds to my frantic voice notes putting me at ease😅 Our journey hasn’t been the most straightforward one; my partner is commission based, I am a foreign national and we had a 5% deposit. All the factors made us feel like we would have a harder time finding a mortgage for us, but with Lauren’s help it's been SO stress-free, and she was so knowledgeable about our options! We found North to South via social media 1.5 years ago and can truly say at every moment of contact throughout our time working together the service has always been the highest standard! Their team has grown by a few members since we first got in contact and even with the growth the energy, the service, the standards are all still top-notch! I also personally love how Lauren matches your energy in communication. They genuinely care so much about their clients, constantly going above and beyond to take away all the stress (by putting it on themselves 🤣) and achieve anything. Zach has been fantastic from start to finish. Responds to all emails within minutes!!!! Any question, he has answered. He has always been approachable and explained everything in a way that we understood. Staying late on calls with us to make sure things are sorted. We encountered some issues with the mortgage lender and our sellers but Zach went above and beyond to sort it and ensure that we had the best possible outcome. We cannot fault a single thing and are so glad that we chose to use them. They take so much pride in their work, they are so knowledgeable and care so much about people and genuinely want the best. The friendliest, most knowledgable team we have ever come across. There is no doubt in our minds that we will continue to use north to south in the future.
