This is the best inspection service we have ever used. We live in a different city and the inspection we received here pales in comparison to what is offered by Nordic in Fargo. It was well worth what we originally thought was too much. The time spent to observe what was going on in the house along with the detailed explanations and photos and advice for the future of each situation was invaluable.

We were first time home buyers and we absolutely would recommend Nordic Inspections! Their reports are detailed, easy to follow, organized, and in the end super helpful in the home buying process. We learned so much just by reading their reports, and we have confidence in our home knowing the condition of the home and recommendations to fix/maintain moving forward. We had Dan inspect 2 homes and he was awesome!

This is the second time we've used Nordic for the inspection of a home before purchasing it. After having a great first experience, we didn't have to think twice about which company to use. The techs are professional, yet personable, and explain everything very well. The reports received are super informative, and make any potential concerns very clear, even when we couldn't be there in person for the inspection. I highly recommend Nordic Home Inspection.
