We had an excellent experience with this inspection company. We chose a very comprehensive inspection that included the general home inspection, foundation, sewer/water inspection, structural scanning, and radon testing. The entire process took approximately four hours, and I was extremely impressed by how thorough and professional they were.
My brother and I attended the inspection, and they took the time to explain what they were looking at, answer our questions, and point out the items that deserved our attention. They didn’t rush through anything, and by the end of the inspection I felt that I had a much better understanding of the home I am purchasing.
I especially appreciated the attention given to the foundation, structure, basement and potential moisture issues. They also identified practical concerns such as the age of the furnace, the non-working air exchanger, and the large backyard trees that should be professionally evaluated and trimmed.
The radon test needed to be restarted, and I appreciated that they handled it properly rather than simply accepting a result that wasn’t reliable.
Buying a home is a major decision, and having such a detailed inspection gave me a great deal of confidence and peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone purchasing a home, especially if you want an inspection that goes beyond the basics.
