I recently used Nordic Damp Proofing for a damp issue at my property in Bristol and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first phone call to the completion of the work, the team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They carried out a thorough survey, explained exactly what was causing the damp and talked me through the best way to fix it without any pressure. It was clear they really understood damp problems rather than just trying to sell unnecessary work. The work itself was completed to a very high standard, everything was kept tidy, and communication throughout the job was excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re dealing with damp, mould, or moisture issues in your home I’d highly recommend Nordic Damp Proofing. Reliable, honest and clearly experts in their field. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I had some work done by the Nordic damp company and couldn’t recommend them more. Cormac did an initial assessment and report. He was professional & clearly explained the scope of the work. Lydia was a consistent point of contact throughout the entire project. She was friendly, professional and a brilliant communicator. I was grateful for her updates through every stage. Brin was also instrumental in understanding the technical side of things and did a fantastic job of coordinating the project. Last but not least, I am very happy with the work that Toby did. He did an excellent job of what was in fact quite a big undertaking- displaying fine workmanship and consideration for my preferences throughout the work. External repointing with lime mortar. New gravel trench. Mortar cream to brickwork. Friendly and helpful. Offered a much more than we ended up undertaking. But as a first hit to the damp problem they were happy to work with us to review a more phased approach to allow with budget constraints. Looks good. Only completed this week - let’s see how it lasts 🤞🏼

Highly Professional and Informative Team ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Nordic Damp. Cormac and Brin were professional, knowledgeable and very informative, clearly explaining the damp issues and treatment process. The work was completed efficiently, to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. Olivia was fantastic with communication, responding quickly to emails, taking calls, and even sending updates and taking calls during evenings and weekends. Rising damp in conservatory. Nordic damp proofing provided an efficient and organised service to treat this problem. From initial survey to execution it was obvious Nordic had a lot of experience. They even found additional problems we were not aware of. Very pleased with the result and hopefully this is the last we'll see of rising damp.

Helpful, professional & a great job done Everyone at Nordic Damp Proofing was extremely helpful, and produced a very professional and efficient job. Lydia was very polite and helpful during phone calls to set up appointments and explain the process, Lennon provided a detailed assessment of the issue we had and the repairs required, then both Ollie and Toby did a great job of the repair both outside and inside the house with minimal fuss. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent job Nordic damp proofing conducted some work on our property last week, which included stripping of plaster, injecting of damp proofing agent, adding a membrane and replastering. They also repointed some areas of external walls. Ollie, who conducted the work, was friendly, efficient and tidy, and the work was done to a high standard. We were also given a 25 year warranty. Overall, very happy!

Professional response to initial issues I had a mixed experience with Nordic Damp Proofing. The survey and initial work started well, but there were some issues with the plastering quality. Nordic were responsive when these concerns were raised and arranged a follow-up visit, after which improvements were made. While the final standard was not quite what I had initially expected, a reasonable compromise was reached and the matter was resolved.
