I hired NOCO Accents to remodel a bathroom in my home and construct a built in bunk bed in a bedroom based on the stellar reviews I read about them on google reviews. Unfortunately, I had the complete opposite experience with them. I will say, the project manager assigned to my job was not any of the people being raved about in these reviews. Upon signing and paying my deposit, I was told it would be a quick 2-3 week project and they'd be able to fit me right in. Two months later, and next to no communication, they finally started once I asked for my money back to find someone else to do the work. I was told 2 days into the project the timeline they gave me was already wrong. It took 8 weeks for them to finish the small project and I was basically the project manager. I met with each new contractor that came to my house - the project manager only came to my house once during the project. The subcontractors had no idea what needed to be done - especially the carpenters doing the built-in bunk bed and a cabinet. Many things NOCO did had to be redone because of poor communication and lack of attention to detail. The subcontractors they use are great. The project management is terrible. I overpaid bc I didn't want to have to deal with anything on this project and I ended up overpaying and dealing with everything and reminding my project manager of the things needing to be done. My project ended up looking amazing, but it wasn't without a lot of effort and frustration on my part. The lack of communication and accountability on NOCO's part was the most frustrating part of the whole ordeal.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the delays, lack of communication, and extra effort this project required from you. You hired us to manage the details, and we fell short. While we’re glad you’re pleased with the finished bathroom and bunk bed, the process should have matched the quality of the result. Your feedback highlights areas where we need to do better, and we’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and work toward making this right.

Ascent Studios was great to work with! They did my drywall texture, carpet, and concrete at my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very flexible with my schedule, polite, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience!

We can't say enough wonderful things about working with NOCO Accents for our basement finish. When we moved into our home a little over three years ago, we spent a while envisioning what our finished basement could look like. We reached out to NOCO because of the sterling reviews we saw from everyone else who used them. From start to finish, the team at NOCO was absolutely outstanding! From the minute we reached out for a quote, the team was on it immediately. We were so impressed with how they made our vision come to life in the 3D Model and then ultimately in the final product. The render of our vision for the basement was exactly what it looked like for the finished product and honestly, even better. We were blown away by the customer service from everyone such as Dale and Jacob, Kate, Lily, Matt and more. We also want to give major props to individuals and teams of contractor crews that NOCO coordinated to complete each phase of the project. When they did the framing, it was like a piece of art work. It set the stage for the incredible work done with plumbing, electrical, drywall and HVAC. And massive shout out to Audel and the wonderful team who were with us in the final phases of the project for the trim, painting and accent wall work. They worked tirelessly and were so gracious and kind. We couldn't ask for a better team effort. Just impressive the ENTIRE WAY! Thank you for making our basement vision come true and then some! There is no doubt that we will work with NOCO for any future projects that we will have.
