Pete Newman 2026.09.01

Extremely disappointing experience with Niagara Regional Cleaning. There was zero attention to detail, and we constantly found areas of our home that had been overlooked. When we brought these issues to their attention, they were completely ignored instead of being addressed. We also developed serious security concerns regarding our belongings. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend keeping track of your valuables and checking your home carefully afterward. We would not use or recommend this company again.

Fake review. We have no record of a client, spouse or property under the name 'Pete Newman' in our system. Niagara Regional Cleaning operates on structured onboarding for our recurring commercial cleaning clients across the Niagara Region, ensuring complete transparency, security, and verification for every service provided. This fake review mentions residential cleaning; we are solely a commercial cleaning company and haven’t taken on any residential clients in quite some time now.

We are aware of recent fraudulent review attempts targeting local businesses and have reported this fake review to Google for policy violation and removal.

Communication with the company is excellent; Rob answered all my questions with great courtesy and professionalism. We had the pleasure of meeting Jamie this morning: she's wonderful, friendly, and very professional. The difference between her and the person who handled the cleaning previously is like night and day. She did a oustanding job. We highly recommend Niagara Regional Cleaning for your cleaning services

I recently started Air BNBing my property in the Niagara area and was looking for honest and professional cleaners to clean the property after check outs. I called around a few places but wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone. Then I came across Niagara Regional Cleaning and right off the bat I was able to hire them to clean the house. I have not used anyone since and they are my regular cleaning team! They are very detail oriented and make sure they leave the place in a clean and welcoming manner. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
