Mr. Daniel and Mr. Jorge arrived promptly as scheduled at 0800am and proceeded to work an 11hr day completing hail damage repairs on my vehicle!!!❤️ Not only are they the friendliest people one can hope to encounter, Daniel even showed me the entire process of removing a few of the areas of damage from start to finish! Jorge was absolutely thorough in his preparations for repair and even detailed my vehicle while repairs were being completed! Big thanks to Nexterra for the amazing PDR work on my 2006 LJ. It was a pleasure working with them from the beginning. The initial meeting with Paul Calvary and walking me through the process was convenient and informative. The drop off with Paul and meeting the repair specialist, Jamie Van, was super easy and friendly. Felt very comfortable leaving my LJ with them and was excited to see their finished work. Was contacted the very next day to pick up which was very fast and during this time, got to meet the technician, Damien Lamoureux, who did an amazing job. Daniel and his son Anthony did a FANTASTIC job repairing the literal thousands of hail dents in my car. They worked some very long hours but were able to get it all complete in two days and even cleaned the interior for me. There was talk of the hood needing to be replaced but he was able to get all the dents out on his own so we didn’t have to mess with that thankfully! So very appreciative for their hard work. Can’t say enough positive things!!

Our experience with Nexterra was not good at all. I had hail damage on my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder. I was excited to have someone come to my house to fix the damage. There was parts of the vehicle that was not put back together correctly. My husband actually works for Nissan and was able to correct the parts that was not right. When the technicians left it was dark so we were not able to go over the car very good. It was very dirty on the inside. After charging my insurance over $8000 you would think that everything would have been good. I do have to say the technicians was very polite and I really thought everything would have been done correctly. I have spoken with Nexterra and they are supposed to get my car detailed but I have yet to hear from them after 3 weeks.

My 2 vehicles were heavily damaged in a hail store. Jakob Nichols came to my home. Using paintless dent repair, he fixed both vehicles in my driveway. Now you would never know they were damaged. He showed up on time and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

our experience with Nexterra was disappointing. the adjuster and technicians were okay but they couldn't complete the work and didn't want to work with the body shop of my choice . when I used them anyway, with the blessings of my insurance company, nexterra decided they would work with them but then they didn't pay the bodyshop as promised. it has been a difficult process from start to finish and has taken over 5 months to compkete the work and get the bodyshop paid.
