Not very happy Our experience with Nexterra was not good at all. I had hail damage on my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder. I was excited to have someone come to my house to fix the damage. There was parts of the vehicle that was not put back together correctly. My husband actually works for Nissan and was able to correct the parts that was not right. When the technicians left it was dark so we were not able to go over the car very good. It was very dirty on the inside. After charging my insurance over $8000 you would think that everything would have been good. I do have to say the technicians was very polite and I really thought everything would have been done correctly. I have spoken with Nexterra and they are supposed to get my car detailed but I have yet to hear from them after 3 weeks.
