A very pleasant and professional young man was sent to troubleshoot my instant hot water heater. After investigating and doing what he could, he called the manufacturer and between them they figured out that there was an electrical problem. Unfortunately, I now need to get an electrician, but New Life Plumbing gave me a referral in chaotic.
