I have been using New Era Natural Pest Control since they were one of the first to offer natural pest treatments. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and responsive regarding any issues, and the technicians are courteous and polite. They always ask if there are any issues they need to address before they start working. I highly recommend New Era Pest Control to any young family who wants a chemical-free treatment that is effective, and to any family that prefers a safer alternative around pets and children.

I Always have a great experience each time next era comes out and absolutely love that there aren't any strong toxins in the home. They’re always available to help and offer guidance at any time.
Monty has been very attentive and helpful since I first reached out to inquire about his services. Back in April, his team came out quickly and did a thorough initial inside / outside survey. Since then, they have been reliable to come every other month (Bronze tier) for outside pest control. The amount of insects and rodents inside my house has decreased dramatically. Very happy with NewEra Pest Control thus far.
Very professional and good service. I haven’t had any issues after I started using the service.
loved how transparent they were about what they were doing and why. they did a great job clearing the pests that were in out relative’s house. thanks guys!
