My wonderful experience at Neville hair salon Neville Hair and Beauty is truly my second home. I have been a loyal client for over 10 years, and every visit feels like quality time for me. I go twice a week for blow-dries, and in all these years I have never had burnt or damaged hair. They take exceptional care of your hair and genuinely prioritise its health. Their expertise goes far beyond haircuts and styling — they truly understand hair. What makes Neville so special is not only their experience and professionalism, but the incredible kindness and attention shown to every single client. Even though I have had to cancel appointments many times, I have never once experienced a complaint — only understanding, warmth, and respect. In more than 10 years of visiting twice a week, I have never waited more than five minutes to be seated. That level of organisation and consistency is extremely rare. I can honestly say they are the best hair salon in the UK — and possibly anywhere. It is very hard to find this level of service, care, and genuine hospitality. I recommend Neville Hair and Beauty wholeheartedly.

Best color Queen and scissor hands in London Whenever I’m in london I always get my Hair coloured by the Queen of colour Seniz, she’s a god send and literally revived my hair after a year of seeing her. Only she can trusted with colour and for my cut Jack Merrick has fantastic scissor hands amazing and genius with my fabulous cuts! This time I had Sam as Jack was enjoying family time, Samantha was excellent too! These Gems are a life saver for that feel good factor. See you soon guys! Very soon!

Butchers , terrible , liars Had the worst experience ever !!! If I could give minus stars I would , they charged me 845 pounds to do my hair , they completely ripped me off , they couldn’t even add in a treatment for my hair for that price after all the damage they put my hair through , tea or coffee had to pay for that as well after the bill I was charged , when I went for a consultation they said my hair would cost 400 pounds max , 845 pounds later , that’s literally what most people pay for a room to rent for an entire month , I left with broken , thin , dark hair , just by the way it’s the shortest and thinnest my hair has ever been , it’s extremely dry , and there’s absolutely nothing I can do to fix it unless I pay for hair extensions to match the terrible hair colour they gave me which will cost me another 800-1000 pounds , they even promised to give me hair extension went in for a consult , they promised to order in free extensions for me and they never even did that or kept to their word , they have no contacted me once since the consultation and it’s been a few weeks now , they are by far the worst .everytime I asked about the colour the “ colour specialist “ was like you’ll like it trust me , no I did not like it , they are complete rip offs and butchers , I’m a blondie that had white / yellow blonde hair when I walked in and have now walked out with Thin , dry , damaged half brunette hair , my pony is so thin , and I had to pay 845 for this ??? I’m incredibly angry and unhappy and unsatisfied , do yourself a favour and save your money I could’ve done a better job at home , from icy cool white blonde to whatever this mess was , I’m so upset, i took these photos today and did my hair yesterday and look at how it looks , unhealthy and completely damaged and ruined , I was in tears the entire night I’m terrified to walk out into public because of this salon , they do not care about you or your hair and the front desk staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. Neville’s (and Jack, the Creative Director / stylist there) were suggested to me by my usual hair stylist who is out of the country for several months. The whole experience was truly brilliant. WORST FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’ve been coming to Neville since 2016 and its only gotten worse. They barely offer you a bottle of water. Secondly after being a loyal customer of James and Aphrodite for so many years they don’t value loyalty and are not willing to accommodate their clients at all. They need to retrain their front desk staff or hire new, more capable ones that will represent the brand better. They are in the poshest part of London, charging the highest prices but the service couldn’t be worse!
