Butchers , terrible , liars Had the worst experience ever !!! If I could give minus stars I would , they charged me 845 pounds to do my hair , they completely ripped me off , they couldn’t even add in a treatment for my hair for that price after all the damage they put my hair through , tea or coffee had to pay for that as well after the bill I was charged , when I went for a consultation they said my hair would cost 400 pounds max , 845 pounds later , that’s literally what most people pay for a room to rent for an entire month , I left with broken , thin , dark hair , just by the way it’s the shortest and thinnest my hair has ever been , it’s extremely dry , and there’s absolutely nothing I can do to fix it unless I pay for hair extensions to match the terrible hair colour they gave me which will cost me another 800-1000 pounds , they even promised to give me hair extension went in for a consult , they promised to order in free extensions for me and they never even did that or kept to their word , they have no contacted me once since the consultation and it’s been a few weeks now , they are by far the worst .everytime I asked about the colour the “ colour specialist “ was like you’ll like it trust me , no I did not like it , they are complete rip offs and butchers , I’m a blondie that had white / yellow blonde hair when I walked in and have now walked out with Thin , dry , damaged half brunette hair , my pony is so thin , and I had to pay 845 for this ??? I’m incredibly angry and unhappy and unsatisfied , do yourself a favour and save your money I could’ve done a better job at home , from icy cool white blonde to whatever this mess was , I’m so upset, i took these photos today and did my hair yesterday and look at how it looks , unhealthy and completely damaged and ruined , I was in tears the entire night I’m terrified to walk out into public because of this salon , they do not care about you or your hair and the front desk staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. All I want is my money back which they obviously refuse to give back to me , or the so called hair extension they promised to give me but never followed through on , DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. They make fake promises they can’t keep , they sell you dreams and give you nightmares, they take huge advantage of your money and they couldn’t even cut my hair evenly Don’t waste your money going here , there are many reputable amazing hair salons in London that actually care and will cater for you
