the most professional service I ever received

Thank you Barak, means a lot. Being professional in how I support clients is something I care deeply about, so it's wonderful to hear that came through.

Do keep dipping in and out of the resources we covered whenever useful. Once the dust has settled after your move, I would encourage you to explore the rest of the Neurodivergence Skills Workbook. There is plenty more in there that could be worth your time.

Thanks again, and all the best! 🙌

I really enjoyed the coaching sessions I had with Nick. Reviewing our sessions during the 6 months of coaching, I could see my thought patterns, my struggles and everything else more clearly. I went from wondering how to do everything to narrowing down to what I wanted to really focus on and reduce my overwhelm. Testimony to how much I've shifted has resulted in me setting up a low-cost therapy service which I'd only dreamed about doing before and wasn't in immediate plans at the start of coaching. Thank you, Nick!

Thank you so much for this, Vennetta — it means a lot. Watching you go from feeling overwhelmed by everything to really honing in on what matters most to you was a privilege. Well done for launching your low-cost therapy service. That's a huge step, and one you should be really proud of. Wishing you all the best with it — and give yourself permission to just focus on this for now before jumping into the next thing!

Thank you, Seren — I really appreciate you saying that. It's been a pleasure working with you, and seeing the progress you've made with managing your feelings day-to-day and building your confidence has been genuinely great to watch. I've been really impressed with how consistently you've used the Dropping Anchor tool day-to-day — that kind of commitment is exactly what makes the difference. Keep going — you're doing brilliantly!

The coaching has been life changing for me. I was very sceptical at first as I’d never heard of it and wasn’t sure what it would entail but Nick is so reassuring and knowledgeable. He asked what I would like to work on and set targets and kept track of my progress. The support has been great and I spread the sessions out so I could work on my targets. 10/10

Thank you so much, Lucy. I really admire how your relationship with your manager too — it says a lot that she thinks so highly of you. It's been genuinely nice to watch our sessions shift over time from firefighting day-to-day issues to more of a steady check-in and reflect rhythm, focused on maintaining the habits and routines you've built. That shift is exactly the sign of real, lasting progress. Thank you for trusting the process!

It's been a real privilege to work with you and to see how far you've come — understanding yourself better and learning to be kinder to yourself is huge, and it's something you've clearly put real work into. Good luck pushing the art business forward too — you're genuinely talented. Wishing you all the best as you keep building on everything you've achieved.

Working with Nick over the past few months has been an incredibly positive experience. His coaching has made a meaningful difference in several areas of my life. He is friendly, understanding, and easy to work with. Nick is an expert in ACT and has a deep understanding of practical systems that he has provided me with to help manage everyday challenges. He has also shared a wide range of resources via his coaching portal, so support and guidance is available even outside of our live sessions. When things crop up, as they inevitably do in everyday life and I’ve needed additional help, he has been readily available through the portal to answer questions or offer advice on an ad hoc basis. That level of ongoing support has truly been a game changer for me. I have enjoyed my coaching journey with Nick so far, and I am looking forward to seeing what can be achieved going forward. If you’re considering taking the leap into coaching, I would highly recommend Nick as the person to start your journey with.

Thank you so much, Declan — that genuinely means a lot. Not everyone I work with makes full use of the between-session tools the way you do — the portal, the resources, and the ability to message in between sessions — so it's great to see you not shy away but embracing them. I'd encourage you to keep doing so. I enjoy our interactions, and I'm really glad that level of support is helping you move towards what matters most to you.

Nick provided a safe, non-judgmental space to unmask and explore my authentic self. Their lived experience meant I didn't have to explain how my brain works—they already 'got' it. I’ve moved from wanting to 'be normal' to optimistically looking forward to a future built on my actual needs. With metta, 🙏

Thank you, Tina. "With metta" right back to you :) Creating a space where you could unmask and explore your authentic self without needing to explain yourself was exactly the goal, so I'm really glad that came through. I also felt a real connection and alignment with you along the way — I think part of that came from sharing an understanding and appreciation of Buddhist principles, which felt like a natural thread running through our work together. Watching you shift from wanting to "be normal" to looking forward to a future built around your actual needs has been wonderful to witness. Wishing you continued peace and clarity on that path.

Thank you so much for sharing this — it takes courage to put something so personal into words. I enjoyed working with you, and I'm so glad that the sessions felt like a space where you could be understood without having to over-explain yourself, as so many neurodivergent people so often have to. The progress you've made — particularly around the substance use and finding healthier ways to cope with difficult feelings — that comes from your willingness to engage and do the hard work. Keep up the work! :)

I was skeptical about working with a coach due to previous failed experiences. However, I decided to give Nick a chance because he provides a science-backed approach to productivity and habitual change. I appreciated his patient, holistic and attentive approach. Particularly during a difficult period of recovery from a serious injury. Thank you for restoring my faith in your profession and we remain in contact moving forward.

Thank you so much for this — it really means a lot, especially knowing you came in skeptical after previous experiences that hadn't worked for you. I've also been really impressed with how dedicated you've been in keeping up with your "job receipts" Excel sheet — that kind of consistent logging takes real discipline, and I hope it continues to serve you well. Thank you for trusting the process, and for your kind words about restoring my faith in the profession — stay in touch!

I was introduced to Nick following my Access to Work application where I was recommended ADHD coaching. Prior to meeting him, I felt slightly intimidated as I did not know what to expect, but my worries quickly faded once I found out how approachable and easy going he is. Nick was very person-centred and attentive to what I said. He was able to suggest solutions to things that I struggled with, bringing in different examples and resources, even his own life experiences where appropriate. I found the guided "meditation" during some of our sessions really helpful and allowed me to feel more grounded. I did not feel judged but gently encouraged along the way, which allowed me to keep trying even when I experienced obstacles at work or private life. He checked in on me through every session, ensuring I understood what he spoke about, whether I needed to take a break and allowed me to reflect on my thoughts and feelings whenever I was struggling. As an ADHDer, everything constantly feels overwhelming and prioritising tasks feels impossible; however, since working with Nick, I feel much more equipped to manage my work load (whether that’s work tasks or daily life tasks). I would recommend Nick to anyone, whether you’re Neurodivergent or not. His support has genuinely improved my life for the better and I am planning on self-funding some further sessions with him.

Thank you so much, Elena. It's been a pleasure supporting you through building your routines and finding practical ways to manage the overwhelm that comes with ADHD — seeing you go from feeling like everything was impossible to prioritise, to having real tools and structure in place, has been genuinely rewarding to watch. I'm really glad the grounding techniques landed well too. Thank you for trusting the process and I hope the techniques will continue to serve you well :)

Working with Nick over the past 12 months has been genuinely empowering. He’s shown real patience, understanding, and consistency, which created a space where I could explore things openly and at my own pace. Since starting coaching, I’ve noticed a big shift in my confidence - especially at work. I’m managing my time and resources more effectively, and I’ve built stronger relationships with stakeholders. The changes haven’t felt overwhelming or forced; instead, they’ve been realistic and sustainable, which has made all the difference. Nick has a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the impact that neurodivergent burnout can have. That insight gave me the confidence to be more honest about my needs, to set healthier boundaries, and to stop constantly pushing through, so I could actually start listening to what I needed. His approach is practical and person-centred. I’ve learned so much about how to work with my strengths, and I’m really grateful for the progress I’ve made with his support. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a coach who brings clarity, structure, and compassion to the process.

Hi Suzie! Thanks so much for sharing this!

It's wonderful hearing how the work has clicked for you - especially around building confidence and creating those sustainable changes at work that actually stick. See if you can also apply this to challenges outside the workplace. Your openness to exploring what you really needed I think has been key to your success.

Really glad the neurodiversity-informed approach helped you find your rhythm and set those healthier boundaries. You've got an experienced businesss mentor now helping you alongside and new challenges are awaiting you! Exciting times :) Grateful to have been part of your growth, and excited to see where you'll go next!

Nick was empathetic and supportive. He demonstrated deep understanding and experience working with neuro-diverse leaders, which allowed me to accept the way I approach things, think and behave but also, how to work with those unique qualities to create a calmer and more fulfilling approach to running my business and achieving my goals. Thank you for making such a positive difference at this stage in my life!

Your journey with team management really shows the power of trusting your instincts while staying true to your values. Making those tough decisions - that takes real courage and self-awareness.
Keep it up and good luck with the niching down! 🚀

I wasn't sure what to expect when I began the sessions but they have been invaluable. Nick is an exceptional coach, he is relatable, engaging & made me feel really comfortable. I felt safe to be really honest about what I was struggling with both professionally and emotionally. He is brilliant at listening to what is being shared & finding resources / techniques to support & enhance the sessions & my development. I absolutely recommend him.

Thank you so much Emma! It takes guts to be really honest about the tough stuff, both at work and personally, so massive credit to you for that. Creating that space where you could just say it like it is made such a difference to what we could actually tackle together. Really pleased it's been helpful - you put in the work, so you earned those results!

Nick is a very friendly understanding, gentle & patient individual, who works with you to gain the best outcome you can with the work you put in. With Nick around it felt like I had another pair of hands to help with proofreading or setting about relevant goals to find a way forwards when I was stuck. He tries his genuine best to help you out to move forward with what you want in life. I will definitely be coming back to you as of if and when I need you, Nick, thanks for your help!

Thanks for this feedback Jodi. Those moments when you're properly stuck can be so frustrating, but you were brilliant at staying patient while we worked through them. The proofreading stuff especially can be such a pain with ADHD, so I'm chuffed we found some ways to make it less of a battle.

Nick has been incredibly helpful, understanding and professional throught my ADHD coaching sessions. He is very practical, and gives meaningful suggestions that have greatly impacted both my professional and personal life. Nick is very knowledgeable about neurodiversity, and always has a strategy that suits my individual strengths. I found that he was happy to discuss any area that I needed help with, whether it was simple struggles like going to get shopping, to bigger things like managing panic attacks. I have worked with various counsellors, heathcare professionals and mentors before, but I have always felt that they didn't understand me. However, I really feel that Nick understands me in my entirety without judgement. He takes the time to listen and tailors sessions to meet personal needs. You also get access to a portal which allows you to look back on resources that Nick has shared. If you are thinking about reaching out to Nick I would fully reccomend that you do. I can't thank him enough for all the amazing support, guidance and strategies he has given me.

Thank you so much Stacey. That was quite something to read back. Well done for putting into practice the various techniques pretty much straight away, you are very good at that. Also to keep gently going back to it in times of need. I think that’s what made the real difference here, you keep stepping into your ‘doing mode’ even though it is often difficult to follow up on things that deserve your attention.
