I loved working with Angela and her team! She really spent the time to understand my goals and work creatively within our budget. Angela was really responsive, transparent, communicative and patient - all important qualities, to be sure - but also she’s a great person and someone I genuinely enjoyed working with. Would 100% recommend Angela and the NC Home Pros team.

Angela means well. Communication was an issue. Had no idea when people were showing up to work. Quality of work was awesome. Angela showed up to address concerns at end of project. James was very thorough and involved with our project from start to finish. The finished shower is a professional effort!

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words about the quality of the work and the finished shower—our team takes great pride in their craftsmanship.

We also appreciate your note on communication. We use our project management system to keep clients informed with schedules, updates, and progress details, in conjunction with direct communication from our on-site team. These tools are key to staying up to date throughout the project, and we’re always working to make that process even clearer and more seamless.

Thank you again for trusting us with your project and for recognizing Angela and James’s involvement and dedication.

We had a small job this time (replacement of two sinks) but definitely plan to hire Angela's team in future for bigger projects based on our experience with them. It is uncommon these days to find contractors who are honest, reliable, and produce quality results. James spent extra time testing the sinks to be certain there was no leakage at the completion of the job. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Angela at NC Home Pros on our large home addition! Taking on a project of this size is stressful, but they made the process smooth, transparent, and honestly enjoyable from start to finish. From day one, communication was excellent—every step of the project was clearly explained, and we always knew what was happening next. They stayed on schedule, handled permits and inspections seamlessly, and kept us updated so there were no surprises. Quality of work was outstanding. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every detail shows their commitment to excellence. The addition looks like it was always part of our home, not something that was “added on.” Friends and family have been blown away by how seamless it is. What impressed us most was how trustworthy and professional the entire team was. They respected our home, cleaned up daily, and made sure we felt comfortable having them around. Budget was another big worry going into this project, but NC Home Pros was upfront about costs, transparent with change orders, and there were no hidden fees or last-minute “gotchas.” If you’re hesitant about starting a major renovation or addition, rest assured you are in great hands with Angela. They deliver on time, on budget, and with incredible quality. We are so grateful for their work and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

NC Home Pros completely remodeled a room in our house. It was an old attached garage that had been converted into a room by a previous owner. We weren't sure what we'd find since the house is older and this was our first big remodel project. We did find a few surprises but Leticia and Danae were great about keeping us informed and gave us options. For example, the cabinets we picked were discontinued but they were able to find a replacement that was even better than the original (and still within budget). They were also up front about the cost and we only went slightly over budget because of extra shelving I asked for which they were nice enough to accommodate. Overall, it was a great experience and felt completely stress free. Thank you to everyone who came and worked on our house, and especially Leticia and Danae!

NC home pros were amazing to work with. We had a complicated timeline and very specific needs - Angela and her team were able to take our vision (unorganized vision at that) and transform our home, exceeding our expectations and delivering on time. Their clear and daily communication put us as ease and pricing was clear and transparent. No games, just high integrity and quality work. I will use them for all future home projects.

NC Home Pros stepped up and helped us when no one else would. We're putting an addition on our house. My husband is a carpenter, but he had to leave for a year-long deployment during construction. I contacted some businesses, but they wanted nothing to do with the project because we didn't have a general contractor. I finally found Angela and her amazing team. They did a fantastic job and got the work done in no time. Everyone is so nice and their communication is outstanding.

I think we differ from the norm in that we don’t shop around for the cheapest work. We’d rather pay more for good quality and service and not have to pay to have the job done again in a couple years. Having said that NC Home Pros delivers high quality work at very reasonable costs. Very professional and highly communicative. We’ll definitely hire them again!

Finding a reliable and trustworthy contractor is nightmare. We have been searching for years and kept running in to so many issues. Poor communication, unreliable work, poor quality results, and impractical ideas that cost a fortune. We finally found that rare gem of a business that can now be our go to for all of our home repair and renovation needs! Angela, the owner and GC, is a straight shooter. She’ll tell you what can and cant be done and she doesn’t tolerate poor workmanship from her subcontractors. She personally oversees each step of a job to make sure it was done right. I’d highly recommend going with NC Home Pros!
