After conducting extensive research on roofing companies in my vicinity, I contacted three distinct companies for a bid. JC&C responded to my inquiry on a Wednesday afternoon, and Christian arrived approximately 5 PM and remained until after 8 PM. During his visit, Christian provided a comprehensive explanation of the roofing replacement process, which solidified my decision to choose JC&C as the preferred company. I executed the contract that evening, and his team of twelve commenced the roof removal process at 6 AM on Friday morning. The removal of the old roof was completed within less than two hours. Twelve hours later, the new roof was installed. Additionally, JC&C offered to pressure wash all of my concrete patio and driveway as a courtesy. We are extremely satisfied with the overall job. Furthermore, six-inch gutters were installed around the entire house. I highly recommend Christian and JC&C Roofing Company.

Highly professional, my ceiling suddenly caved in due to roof leak. they came out during torrential rains and installed temporary tarps immediately without asking for a pricing or any other conditions. This act of kindness won my heart and I decided to work with them. From start to finish they completed the project as per building codes, using preselected materials and highly trained team of workers. They documented each phase of their work with 2000 + photo album of the project. I thank the friend who referred them and so I to the public at large. They are one of best in Houston area.

My experience over the past 10 years with JC&C Roofing has been a pleasure. When we first met 2014 it was for storm repairs, while other firms were telling me I "had to" replace my roof JC&C gave it a thorough look and saidf I could go another few years and be fine. So 2 years later I hired them for a full roof replacement. They were and continue to fair, flexible, exceptional craftsmen, and deliver fantastic customer service. Whenever I have had a real hail storm, they have come out to verify the integrity of the roof after the "storm damage chasers" come through the community to drum up business and tell me I need a replacement. This most recent interaction was for a home sale roof repairs called out during inspection. The work was done promptly, (the price was significantly less than the realtors contractor), the work performed was excellent, plus the documentation of the repairs was so thorough it satisfied the realtor immediately. I highly recommend JC&C Roofing Company for all your roofing and roofing related needs.

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof JC&C was great with communication, especially in terms of the estimate, what exactly would be done and when, and with payment. All of the work was done within a single day. They took pains to lay down tarps and plywood to protect the landscape and the windows. They also provided access to a customer portal with photos of the repair and installation of the new roof step by stop. It was a great, quick, and efficient experience.
