Ramon was exceptionally responsive and communicative from start to finish. We were affected by the Janesville flood this past April and had water damage. When I called, Ramon, he came out the same night to take a look and got started a few days after. We had a newborn at home and Ramon made sure it was safe before my daughter and I came home. He taped the furniture and made sure everything was sealed before starting on the drywall and the floors. Our floors were super glued to the floor and Ramon did not leave until he got them up. He even had to leave our house to get more heavy duty equipment to get the floors up. He did not leave until the job was finished. He cleaned up SO well and I could not recommend his services more.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ramon. From day one, he went above and beyond. He didn’t just do the work, he guided me through every single step of a very stressful situation and made sure I understood what was happening the entire time.

Ramon came out the same day that we discovered mold in a closet and assessed the situation. We were provided with a quote for the work to be completed within a few hours (even on a Friday night!) and was offered work to be completed the next day (Saturday) or Monday once the work order was signed off (all electronically completed which was very convenient). Ramone examined the site and confirmed that water had seeped into the wood. Also, mold was growing in the insulation and bottom of some drywall where dehumidifier hoses had missed the drain. He explained how he was going cut away the moldy material and spray the rest with a mold mitigator. He came the next day to do all of those steps plus setup an extralarge dehumidifier and 2 powerful fans. After all is dry, the dry wall and insulation will be replaced.
