We had a great experience with Power Restoration of Rockford handling the vermiculite in our attic. They came out to assess the situation the same day and started the job within two days. The crew worked incredibly hard and put in 18-hour days for three straight days to make sure we could keep our scheduled carpet installation. The owner was involved throughout the entire process, and communication was excellent. We received consistent updates and always knew what was going on. Everyone was thorough, hardworking, and genuinely committed to getting the job done right and on time. We really appreciated their dedication and would absolutely recommend Power Restoration of Rockford to anyone needing this type of work!

Ramon was exceptionally responsive and communicative from start to finish. We were affected by the Janesville flood this past April and had water damage. When I called, Ramon, he came out the same night to take a look and got started a few days after. We had a newborn at home and Ramon made sure it was safe before my daughter and I came home. He taped the furniture and made sure everything was sealed before starting on the drywall and the floors. Our floors were super glued to the floor and Ramon did not leave until he got them up. He even had to leave our house to get more heavy duty equipment to get the floors up. He did not leave until the job was finished. He cleaned up SO well and I could not recommend his services more.

I own a barbershop in here in Rockford and I had a water pipe that bursted above my ceiling tiles. I reached out to Power Restoration of Rockford and they showed up within 30 minutes and took care of everything, cleaned my barber tools and chairs, sanitized everything , and set up their drying equipment, and got my barbershop back up and running in just two days. Ramon and his team were easy to work with and even handled the insurance claim with my insurance adjuster, getting my claim settled in about a week. I’m really grateful this water damage didn’t turn into a bigger issue. The downtime could have potentially costed me a lot of business. Thank you Ramon and team for everything that you guys did. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ramon. From day one, he went above and beyond. He didn’t just do the work, he guided me through every single step of a very stressful situation and made sure I understood what was happening the entire time. He helped coordinate a plumber immediately, explained what needed to be done, and even took the time to help me communicate with my insurance company so I wasn’t lost or overwhelmed. On top of that, he stepped in and helped me deal with another contractor who was being very pushy, something that was completely outside of his job, but he did it anyway to protect my best interests. Ramon came out the same day that we discovered mold in a closet and assessed the situation. We were provided with a quote for the work to be completed within a few hours (even on a Friday night!) and was offered work to be completed the next day (Saturday) or Monday once the work order was signed off (all electronically completed which was very convenient). Ramon and his team came and completed the work and cleaned up everything well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work related to water/mold/fire damage. If I ever need this type of work completed again, I would not hesitate to hire them.
