This was one of the best services I've received in years from Shamiel and his team. It felt like having family over to fix my WiFi. From the first call to the final check, the customer service was outstanding, and they built a real rapport with us. The work was nothing short of amazing, and my WiFi has never been this strong. Every room in the house now has a rock-solid signal, even the spots that used to be dead zones.
The job took four hours, and you wouldn't even have known there were people working in my house. They arrived on time, kept everything tidy, and left the place cleaner than they found it. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all of my questions along the way.
I strongly recommend Shamiel and his team for WiFi installation. They know exactly what they're doing, and it shows in the quality of their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I'll happily recommend them to friends and family.
Best of all, my wife is happy because there are no wires, lol. Thank you again, Shamiel and team!

Our gardening service accidentally cut our fibre cable, which immediately took down our internet — a fairly major problem with both my son and me working from home.
I called My Guys Infrastructure and Network Cabling Maintenance (Pty) Ltd, expecting that we might have to wait a few hours, or possibly even a day or two, for someone to come out.
Not at all. They were at our home in less than 30 minutes and had the problem fixed in no time.
The team were professional, friendly and down to earth, and even cleaned up properly once the work was completed.
Really outstanding service from start to finish. Five stars are very well earned, and I would happily recommend My Guys to anyone experiencing fibre or network cabling problems.

Shamiel and his colleagues did a fantastic job within the hour of the incident. My fibre optic cable snapped when I was moving furniture around and they in two ticks came around and spliced it for me. Very friendly staff. And just overall good people 🙌🏻
Definitely keeping them in mind for any future mishaps or cable management. Probably going to get them to lay cable for my Cameras as well.
