Pc running well no issues but I had the same situation just like Phui Kei Wong (the one with delay shipments). The customer service on WhatsApp is also not responsive when I needed an answer and placing my order.

First time ordered a custom PC and chosen this shop because of the good reviews on google, but turns out it’s a pretty disappointed experience.
Placed order on 1 Dec at the shop and the sales told me it will be ready latest by 8 Dec. End up it delayed a day, and the WhatsApp support is kinda not responsive when i ask if it’s ready for collection. Fair, maybe they have too many orders on hand causing the delay.
Then the shop actually gave my entire build to the wrong customer and had to call them back to return it. Even though the parts were still untouched, this kind of mistake is really unacceptable.
Please fix your pickup verification — this should never happen.

Honestly astonished at the excellent value and aftercare provided by these guys. I bought two rigs and both builds were top quality - they didn’t sell me shit I didn’t need, only shared very helpful guidance and recommendations based on their customer’s needs.
No upselling, fair and transparent pricing, and they even helped me transfer my old HDD to the new rig even though it had already been completed (and helped me move stuff to my car!).
10/10 would spend life savings again

I’m really satisfied with my PC purchase the build looks amazing and the performance is even better than I expected. I can finally play AAA games smoothly without any lag, and the graphics quality is outstanding. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with how well this PC handles everything I throw at it.
