I found this shop by friends recommendation. I always had doubt against PC builder especially building a Ryzen system since it has very specific hardware requirements.
When I asked for rough invoice they already provided me parts that would work well together (CL timings, speed, compatibility with motherboard). Which makes me feel I have chosen the right one for my PC upgrade. After satisfied with last quotation, I paid for the build. I was not being pushy about completion date since I believe by having enough time, they will have the time to complete their quality checking.
They completed the build same week and packed it for delivery within same week and I received on the following weeks. They did very well on packaging since I have spent over half an hour to unwrap the whole thing and got it up and running in the next hour. I was completely impressed on the end product. I thoroughly tested the system whole week and it works as expected.
From my teenage years I have been building my own pc from scratch, and this is for the first time I trusted someone else to build one for me and it did not disappoint. They earned my business for this lifetime.
Hopefully they keep doing what they have been doing. Shoutout to Kuberan who have been handling my purchase since day 1.
