Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as we always aim to provide a warm and professional welcome to every family.
After reviewing our records, your tour was booked for 4:00pm, and you arrived at 4:45pm. Our team member let you into the centre immediately upon arrival, and our sign‑in system shows you departed at 4:50pm, which is a total of approximately five minutes, not the 20 minutes stated.
Our tours are scheduled carefully so that a member of the management team is available. Had we been informed that you were running late, we would have happily arranged for a member of leadership to remain onsite to conduct your tour.
For the safety of all children, educators are unable to leave their groups to conduct tours, as they must remain in ratio and maintain supervision at all times. Children’s safety is our top priority, and we cannot compromise this under any circumstance.
We apologies if the communication you received at the time felt unclear or frustrating. This is something we will address with our team to ensure families receive better updates when unexpected delays occur.
We would be more than happy to arrange another tour with a member of the management team at a time that suits you. If you wish to do so, please feel free to contact us directly.
