Pantelis is a rare gem. I contacted him for a pre-purchase condo inspection. We were able to schedule something in just a few days and from the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands.
Pantelis had arrived early and already begun inspecting the outside and foundation. He came prepared with all sorts of gear including a drone and thermal camera. But what really sets him apart is that he is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He encouraged me to follow him during the entire 90minute inspection and ask him questions. I asked a ton of questions and he had answers for all of them.
Pantelis' inspection was thorough and precise. He left no stone unturned. Within a few hours of the inspection, I received a full detailed report via email, complete with every picture he took. He even spent 20 minutes with me on the phone while I asked questions about the report.
Pantelis guided me through a stressful process with calm, and made me feel comfortable moving forward with my decision to purchase. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Pantelis is the type of inspector you want when making such a big purchase. He is competent, detail oriented and knowledgeable in his line of work. He was thorough with his inspection, that too at a very fair price with no hidden fees. Something not always so easy to find. My husband and I had a pleasant time taking the tour of the condo and learning from him about all the things we may not have thought about had we not had him.
