Recently Washington State Patrol has increased targeting speeders. I received a couple of citations. Fortunately, I hired Garguile Law, PLLC Defending Drivers Across WA State! They are very effective. The best money I have spent. I don't need those tickets on my record! Previously I had used "Off the Record" they charged me $1000 to fight the ticket, they lost and I paid $1000 and the ticket as well. So, yeah you want to win? Wasn’t really happy with the results , last speeding ticket i got issued was fully dismissed by Mike Sheehan . And that was 6 years ago… paying them the fine of the ticket plus some just to get it reduced to a no seatbelt violation still having to pay $135 on top in my opinion wasn’t really worth it. Will try a different firm next time.

We practice in more than 90 courts throughout Western Washington, and the likelihood of a dismissal can vary significantly depending on the court, the judge, the prosecutor, and the facts involved.
Our goal in every case is to obtain a dismissal whenever possible. When we believe a dismissal is unlikely, we work to secure the best available alternative, which is often an amendment to a non-moving violation. While those resolutions typically still involve a court-imposed fine, they can help clients avoid the long-term consequences associated with moving violations.
For example, seatbelt infractions are non-moving violations that generally do not appear on insurance-driving abstracts, do not appear on employment-driving abstracts, and do not count toward license suspension calculations. Many clients find that avoiding a moving violation provides substantial value even when a fine remains.
Our flat attorney fee covers handling the case from start to finish, including preparing and filing all court paperwork, appearing in court on the client's behalf, and negotiating with prosecutors when necessary. We also do our best to set realistic expectations based on the court where the ticket is pending.

Honestly I was skeptical about hiring a firm to deal with my speeding ticket... WSP had supposedly paced me 83 mph in a 60 mph zone. $232 ticket. The officer was cool and chill with me but I still got a ticket.
I called Garguile DUI & Traffic Lawyers and they assured me I had a good chance of beating it but couldn't guarantee it, obviously. To represent me it was only $50 more... what do I have to lose? I hired them and sure enough my ticket was DISMISSED today!

I will never go to another law firm to represent my family for any traffic violations. Over the last ten years my family has had three violations and all three times the tickets have been dismissed. Through out the process they continually keep you informed of the process and so far the outcome has always been dismissed. They have saved my family thousands of dollars over the years. Don't ever pay your infraction until you talk to these professionals.
